97 by Sebastian Here I am coming with some information to share that I really do not know if is of usefull; I am looking to the rectified natal chart from Uruguay (UY). August 25th, year 1825 - 07:27 PM - Montevideo (SUN is Virgo at 02? 23?) The DSC on July 2nd is in CONJ with UY natal SUN (VIR) at about first minutes from the 2nd half. The DSC right at the begining (LEO 18?37) of the match is not in CONJ with UY NATAL JUP (LEO 26?14?) and POF (LEO 27?36?). But will happen about 30 minute on the first half. Bets in favor Holland right now are 4,5 to 1 meaning is the big favourite. Just in case this time Favourite method is apropiate (FAVOURITE =ASC), those transits for the DSC in my very little knowledge, perhaps help. Honestly is more a wish from the heart than an astrological objective analysis, but anyway I would like to know if transits matter. Any thought is well come. One more thing, it seems Holland play all in orange (shirt and short), so uruguay most probably in blue and black. Sebastian Quote Sun Jul 04, 2010 11:03 pm
98 by Rohan .Ficina said if Moon from cadent house sextile, trine Su that is good for underdog, as in this chart. And Janis said: Such Moon's position is an advantage for the favourite. I am confused. Warm Regards, Rohaan Joshii Quote Mon Jul 05, 2010 6:53 am
99 by Ficina Hi Rohan, I too am confused. Goca wrote:Ficina said if Moon from cadent house sextile, trine Su that is good for underdog I don't remember this at all, Goca. I think it must have been somebody else. The only thing I've said recently about cadent Moon is that conjunct an angle (within 3?) it favours the underdog. Quote Mon Jul 05, 2010 8:43 am
100 by Janis Valkovskis Dear all The correct ASC is 18:39:28. Sorry for bringing about confusion. Actually, my considerations remain the same. As regards the Moon, my consideration is based on her application by sextile to the Sun which receives her in her own sign. Cancer is believed to rule Holland. The Moon is strong and angular, though technically in III, which according to the classics is the house in which she enjoys. If Uruguay play in white, the Sun (orange) will get all what the Moon can offer. Before the Moon sextiles the Sun, she conjuncts Mars (lord of the hour and dispositor of POF) antisca. Mars is more akin to Holland's orange (orange black) kit than Uruguay's blue and black. There is also a triple reception by house among Sun, L1, in Cancer, Venus, L4, in Leo and Moon in Taurus. Reception among the luminaries and fortuna, I believe, is a strong testimony for the favourite. Stationary Uranus is conjunct Saturn's antisca (orb about 40 minutes), this may upset my prediction. With Uranus stationary you never know what to expect. Quote Mon Jul 05, 2010 8:52 am

I found that your post abd you said: "I mentioned previously that Moon conjunct any angle from a cadent house favours the underdogs. In this chart Moon was conjunct Asc from 12th house!" Here Moon conjunct IC from 3 house but orb is 3,5 degree, I am afraid too wide... Greetings, Goca http://www.astrosport07.webs.com http://fensi88.livejournal.com/ Quote Mon Jul 05, 2010 11:46 am

Janis, I would like plase to make you a few questions about your statements.....and the two last ones to the group as well. What do you mean when you says the sun will receive wha t the Moon can offer? Mars is in Virgo at 16?.....and the Moon on TAU. Do you mean TRIGON instead of CONJ? ....With Uranus stationary you never know what to expect.... In your opinion, how much this position could interfere or decrase the probabilities of the outcome predicted based on your previos analysis. Did you experienced this Uruanus stationary position in the past? (to the group as well) One last one; Transits to natal chart, never, never are taken in acount to predict the outcome on a footabll match? Why? (to the group as well) Thanks in advance, Sebastian Quote Mon Jul 05, 2010 11:50 am
103 by Goca Interesting this chart has ruler of 1 in Vi (Uruguay) and ruler of 7 Su in Can (Holland). If we look on this way Holland wins. Ruler 1 is in mutable sign so indicate 2 colors, and ruler 7 is in cardinal sign idicate 1 color. If that is true what Sebastian said, Holland will play all in orange, then by color method Holland is DSC and wins. If Uruguay play all in white kit then Uruguay is DSC and wins by color method. They wins by method favorite on ASC regardless what they will wear. 104 by Janis Valkovskis Dear Sebastian This obviously is not my day. Too many oversight errors. Yes, the Moon trines Mars but this aspect will perfect only after the Moon sextiles Sun. Sorry for confusion. The Sun receives the Moon in her house. The Sun is the guest and as such he is attended very well by Moon. A good host lays the table and treats the guest to the best he has. This is the analogy for my reasoning. As regards stationary Uranus, I have no experience in predicting football results. In horaries I usually take into consideration Transsaturnian planets, in particular if I am not satisfied with the symbolism 7 tradional ones offer. You never know what might happen when Aquarius is rising with its ruler Uranus stationary. I am pretty convinced that Uranus, Neptun and Pluto sometimes mars prediction. I do not use transits to natal chart to predict the outcome of a game. Probably, it is worth trying. I am confident that an event chart or horary reflects the full picture what should be going on. The problem is that I am not always so smart to get the point what the chart wants to tell. Often the problem is emotional envolvement. You want one team to win and being driven by your desires you often make out wrong reasoning. Man is is inclined to see what he wants to. The less emotionally you are involved, the better prediction you shall make. In natives it is worth using transits, progressions and so on in addition to horary. Quote Mon Jul 05, 2010 1:01 pm
105 by Ficina Goca wrote:Here Moon conjunct IC from 3 house but orb is 3,5 degree, I am afraid too wide... Well, we have to draw the line somewhere and can only go by observation and experience. 3? is ok but 4? isn't. 3.5? is yet to be tested. We shall have to see but I think it probably is too wide. Janis wrote:The chart is not radical I think you'll find it's radical by triplicity (Bonatus variety) - hour-ruler Mars and Asc-ruler Saturn both in earth. In fact they're in the same sign which is usually a pretty reliable indicator that the favourite will win. Sun (orange - Holland) is below horizon; Venus (light blue - Uruguay) is above. This appears to favour Uruguay but Venus will cross Desc during first half, suggesting that perhaps Uruguay will be able to hold off Holland till then. We had the same scenario in the Greece/Argentina game on 22 June. Greece's sig was above, Argentina's below but Argentina won - eventually! I think same sign radicality saved the favourites. FROM ASTROSPORT07.COM: There are some final matches which are being held on neutral stadiums and in than case it is not easy to decide which team is the ASC and which one is the DSC. In such a situation you have to consider the adequate zodiacal sign which represents the country or the city in the question. I think the main poiny is to define which is the way that best fit to name who is the ASC and the DSC in his game. - Color method: ASC Uruguay - Favourite method: ASC Holland - Home team: Tehre is no really home team here, so we come up with.. - Zodiacal sign method: Who is who by this method? In the case that Holland plays in orange (LEO) and Uruguay in white (TAU); why you say Uruguay is DSC? DSC is on LEO On the other hand there is a strong favorite that makes me think Holland might be the ASC. The trouble arrives if Uruguay plays in blue/black, just because at same time is DSC for favourite method, is ASC for Color method. What to do? But if plays in black/blue, it will have good football for the first 35 minutes before Venus goes below the horizon. On the other hand if plays in white, the moon will sextile the Sun within 4? wide from 10:35 PM, that eventually will be the minute 10 of the 2nd half of extended time and penalties. In any case I think the 2nd half of the game will be good to Holland in any case. I cannot yet undestand why white is DSC??? Other consideration is tha that the antiscia of the fixed (not rversed for night chart) POF will opposite the sun in Cancer (holland). Fixed POF at 13?35 SAG (ANT- 13?34 CAP) at begining with just only 1? orb. (taken from altairastrology.wordpress.com) Uranus aspect mentioned by Janis is a mistery and personally I give importance to Uranus. I would like to observe what happens - if something - between 9:30 and 9:40 pM that would be the first 10 minutes of second half. The DSC will CONJ Natal Uruguay Sun. Ohter aspect is that just after Venus goes below the horizon, the DSC will CONJ JUP and POF on Uruguay Natal chart for 10 minutes. (from minute 35 to 45 1st half) Thanks Sebastian Quote Tue Jul 06, 2010 2:09 am
107 by Goca In the case that Holland plays in orange (LEO) and Uruguay in white (TAU); why you say Uruguay is DSC? DSC is on LEO Becuase Leo represent bright colors and there is no brigther color then white. Ornage then in compare with white is darker. - Zodiacal sign method: Who is who by this method? I said that in my previous post. Becuase ruler of ASC, Sa is in Vi ASC will be Uruguay because Uruguay is under Vi sign. 108 by aglaya Hi, everyone. This year you have really managed to turn me into your fan - this has been one of my favourite parts of forum ever since Andrew "won the Eurovision song contest" for the second time. It has been no less exciting here since the World cup began . I've actually learnt a lot here over the past couple of months. I do have to admit that I usually peek into the thread only after the games are over - I love watching football so, feel free to consider this a huge compliment to your astrological skills: I trust your predictions so much that I actually don't want to hear them in advance. It kills the excitement. Great work, everyone! But, today I was actually curious to see as to how the chart for the final match looks like and it appears to be very dramatic! It has a very late Ascendant (28.17), POF on it and it is a New Moon chart. But, what especially captured my attention was the fact that the Moon becomes Cazimi some 10min before the end of the first half! A Cazimi Moon in Cancer and inside the 5th - it looks quite descriptive of the moment in a sports competition (the 5th)when only one national team (Moon in Cancer) becomes the champion of the world (the Sun) but how can this position affect the course of the game? the descendant is inside Leo in this chart and, though the Dutch team wears orange, I'm hoping to see the Spanish national selection ruled by this Sun.
