Needs a Horary Teacher

I find Horary Astrology pretty fascinating. I know 0 about Horary Astrology but do know the basics of Astrology.
I want to use Horary to try and assist in tracing missing persons, find lost objects and outcomes of sports.
Anyone that can teach me from the beginning please?
I really dont have money but I am REALLY interested in knowing Horary Astrology - even if it is just the basic understanding
