Does anyone know the significance of the annual profection lord connecting with the monthly lord and vice versa?

I have both of these occurring within 2 weeks of eachother and would love to understand the significance. The monthly lord will conjoin the annual lord, and about a week later the annual lord meets the monthly lord by trine.

Edit: just to clarify, these are transits meeting natal points. Monthly natal lord reaches natal annual lord by transit. Natal annual lord reaches monthly lord by transit.

I would look at what they both lord and their natal condition for better context of what they might represent.
