News of the scandal first broke on January 17, 1998, on the Drudge Report,which reported that Newsweek editors were sitting on a story by investigative reporter Michael Isikoff exposing the affair. The story broke in the mainstream press on January 21 in The Washington Post.

Which is very close to one of Hillary Clinton's debated birth times, 8 AM or 8 PM. This is another of my files which I can't locate at the moment. Looking back on Skyscript I see that in 2016 I had a thread on Hllary Clinton's birth time, now without illustrated charts due to Tiny Pic deleting all of our charts.
