New Moon on 13 January 2021 in Washington DC


The moon phases are not considered by the astrologers for mundane events when they are not eclipses. I think it is a big mistake. The coming new moon on 13 January is one of the most important lunar phases for the USA, I think, because it lasts until 20 January at 4 pm.

This moon phase is also important because it shows very important planetary pictures. I take as radix for the USA Richard Houck's US Chart, which I have corrected. :

New Moon as transit : Harmonic 4

t New Moon = r Sun/Moon = r Mars/Saturn = r Asc/Venus

The most important midpoinst in a chart are ; Sun/Moon, Asc/Asc ruler (here Venus) and Mars/Saturn

t Mars/Saturn = r Venus ( Venus is Asc-Virgo-ruler)
t MC = r Mars/Zeus = Asc/Uranus (One meaning of Mars/Zeus is military, according to "Rules for Planetary Pictures".)

t Venus = r Sun/Zeus = r Mars/Uranus
t Asc = r Sun/Pluto = r Zeus/Kronos
t Pluto = r Sun

This moon phase looks very negative for the USA.

Linchi, can you add some details about how you would interpret this New Moon period for the U.S.? I have believed for a long time that the New Moon is important, but have only looked at it in relation to weather.

Could you also give us a few details about Richard Houck's US chart? Why did he choose that chart? Probably most forum members reading your post don't have Richard's book (whatever book it is) that mentions this time and date.

In my opinion, martial law, about which last times is spoken in media, is possible.
First, very important planetary pictures are activated e.g. Sun/Moon, AC/AC ruler and Mars/Saturn. When these planetary pictures together are activated in Natal astrology, it means death. With this new moon still in addition natal AC-lord Venus activated due to Mars/Saturn.

Secondly, as I wrote above, Mars/Zeus also shows military. It could be that something very unusual will happen in USA between January 13th and 20th.

I have already pointed out in my works that every moon phase shows in astrology what will happen in this week in the life of a person and state.

If we compare this new moon with Biden's natal :

New Moon = r Mars/Neptune = Asc/Saturn ( Mars is MC-Leo-Ruler)
It does not exactly show that he will be president.



Trump's natal with this new moon still advantageous, in my opinion.

Thank you, Linchi. This is the first time I've heard of Rick's High 5 chart or maybe I've just forgotten over the years. Rick and I were friends when he was alive, and I always considered him to be a brilliant astrologer. I have all of his books, some of which he gifted to me.

I have been struggling with the ennead charts for the inaugural period which is why I ended up not making a prediction for the so-called "winner" of the election. Trump's chart looks powerful, and both the Harris and Biden charts have the 8th natal sign rising with the natal ascendants in 6th. All of the charts look very dramatic.

I do accept the enneads (40 day charts) as valid, but I'm not a mundane or predictive astrologer, so am not sure how to interpret these charts. (I've studied many ennead charts in recent years for events "after the fact.") After the holidays and visitors are gone I plan to post my thoughts here on the sidereal forum under the topic I started in November.

It seems impossible that President Trump can pull off a massive reversal of the election, but if he does every astrologer can claim that they correctly predicted the election: Biden won the votes and legal signature as president-elect, but Trump somehow managed to remain in power. But I can't see that happening without a nation-wide revolution.

Richard Houck, as you wrote, was for me also a brilliant astrologer. It is very great loss for astrology that he died young.

I will definitely read with very great interest, because I am very curious about Ennead charts.

The legal process is not yet complete. The most important for me is who will 20th January swear in . If it should be Biden, I will accept unconditionally that I predicted incorrectly.

i am curious of 2 things here....how did you decide that the mars-saturn is one of the most important midpoints to a chart?? 2ndly - how did you get venus as ruler of the virgo ascendant?? thanks - james

In a human life, there are two moments that are very important. First is the time of birth, because all the events we experience depend on the time of birth. Second is death time, because next birth (reincarnation) is determined by the death time. That is, we should be able to find the next birth time based on the death time. Unfortunately, astrology is not yet so developed.

Because the time of death is very important, it is logical that the death axis Mars/Saturn is also important. That is why for me in mundane astrology death axis is also important.

how did you get venus as ruler of the virgo ascendant??

In astrology, in my opinion, the most important problem that needs to be solved is the ruler problem. If this problem is not solved, some other problems for example "which house is the father ?" can not be solved. After my researches for 14 years, I am convinced of the rulers (sidereal) I show below:

Aries : Mars
Taurus : Venus
Gemini : Mercury
Leo : Mars
Virgo : Venus
Libra : Mercury
Capricorn : Venus
Aquarius : Mercury
Pisces : Jupiter

For other zodiac signs I have not had time yet. Until I find the other ruler, I will take Mercury for the air signs, Venus for the earth signs, Mars for the fire signs and Jupiter for the water signs.
