Ripple vs SEC lawsuit

1
Hello

Is anyone following this lawsuit ? It's about the Ripple XRP being currency or security.
Ripple launched the XRP currency as bridge currency for cross border transactions
But the SEC is now suing them for XRP being a security. It turns out however that this is going up a very strange road with the SEC changing their policy 180° in the middle of the discovery phase

I have invested a small amount of money in the XRP currency because I strongly believe in the technology.

But how do you forum members think this will all play out ?

The lawsuit is not even covered by mainstream media which is very strange because the outcome will effect all crypto currency

Unfortunately I don't have a chart for the Ripple Lab company or don't know which chart to use

Hi Madeline,

There is a lot going on re Regulations of Cryptos just now.

The SEC seems to pick on random Projects and then threaten them.

I'd take a Broader Brush Approach. I think we are hitting a Crypto-Winter with a SEVERE DOWNSIDE till early in the week of the 28th Feb.

I doubt we'll be Out of the Woods till after the 7th April.

You can see this as a Shake Out. And there will be a further Shake Out in the Autumn.

Hi,

Basically due to the Federal Reserves tightening, due to Biden's need for lower Costs, Speculative High Return money is drying up.

This will kill Cryptoland and a feeling of Winter will fall over it. We are in a Strong Downdraft now till the 1st March, and even till the 7th April before we can Rally.

Those Projects that survive this, and then next Autumn and Winter, will be the Ones to back. So you want to watch which Crypto Projects are least troubled now.
