the chart at adb is rated DD...

at one point many years ago i was given some russian astrologers data for putin... they were working with an 835am time - same date and place, and an 846am time - same date and location as well... i was told this is what russian astrologers are using for putin...

1.libra 36 lagna kp for 835 am time

3 libra 17 lagna kp for the 846 am time..

for me it does not matter whether a chart is rated AA or DD by adb. I have in my system defined rules and planetary pictures for specific events that are valid for everyone and for every time. They are exact mathematical equations. I check these planetary pictures and rules for given birth time whether they are fulfilled or not.

The Sun, the event indicator, shows with the planetary pictures UR/ZE and UR/ZE = KR , which show the war , that the birth time 9:30 is approximately correct.

I show here all 4 birth time options :
Inner circle is radix, middle circle is solar and outer circle is secondary progression.
