Question:
I formulated another horary question:
"Will I get offer for x job?"

I am the first house and the Moon.
Would you consider the quesited to be a 10th house matter or 11th?

Although 10th house signifies job matters, but the question for some reason was framed as "Will I get offer....", and offer is an asset of the 10th, (2nd from the 10th), thereby this specific wording is making it an 11th house matter instead of 10th.

I have always heard that the horary answers the question asked and that question alone, so I'm not entirely sure what the quesited would be signified by.

I would use the 10th house for the employer-- or person with sufficient authority to offer a job, compared to you as the job applicant.
