A position may open up in my team soon of the team lead, my super boss reached out to me to ask if I was interested in applying for it. I said yes to it, despite knowing that the role itself is not very good, it will probably drive me crazy however just because I want to move up the corporate ladder, I am ready to do it for some time, and then potentially move to something else. Also super boss is not easy to work with.
There is going to be competition, another colleague wants to apply, but she just came back from a long leave and has not worked with this super boss.
I asked will I get the team lead position if I apply for it.
I am Moon in the 9th house, of Pisces, and yes I am being very emotional about this position, as this position is one ray of hope for me to make myself grow.
Jupiter is the 10th house ruler, and Moon will conjuct Jupiter in 8units, Moon is in terms of Jupiter and conjuncts MC
So, should I take it as a yes?

Hello- just wanted to see if anyone of the experts on this forum can help, not sure if moon conjunct MC is helpful here in getting a positive verdict.

I wish you had included the question details (date time place), I like to use other houses to dig further particularly anything connected to pisces…for obvious reasons, pisces demands far more.

You, moon pisces defers to neptune and jupiter. Neptune is a bundle of charm so both inspired and confused but jupiter, even peregrine jupiter, is more inclined to rush in for joy of fresh ground. Even a rocky patch is joy for jupiter. Jupiter defers to mars gem rx and to mer cap.

Your boss is saturn in aqu and so defers to uranus tau and onto venus cap.

Merc cap..you and venus cap…boss are able to meet and considering mer was possibly stationary about to Rx…you were already backing back to meet him.

All this in short is, you see clear of applying even if half confused!

Will you get it?

Represented by mercury….It is up to you! Boss is looking for support with skill set and viable expenditure. He wants value for money.

There are three additional, positive secondary testimonies: Moon in a good sign (Pisces), Jupiter in the MC, and Moon herself in the MC (5-degree rule).

There is one thing I find tricky though. According to Bonatti, an aspect under 51 minutes signifies "now" instead of the future. It is what the Moon and the Venus are doing here. After Venus, Moon will meet Mercury and form a sextile without reception.

My judgment is this: the sooner this promotion happens, the more chance it is yours. Right now, the circumstances favour you.

So I applied for the position and had the interview process and it went well. My colleague who was on the panel told me that decision has been made in my favour by the panel and all this was on Monday. Now my boss needs the blessings of the super boss to move the needle and who has fallen sick just at this time. I asked will I get the Team lead position.
Of course, reading the last post by Amelia, I want this to happen as soon as possible, I am now feeling worried if this is going to work in my favour and will I get the offer. Part of me is panicking.
So I ran a chart again to check if I will get the offer
I am venus, just entered Pisces and am exalted in the 5th house. Me/Moon is right at the DC in Aries and is also the ruler of 10th house.
Jupiter and Chiron sit in the 6th house with Moon. Everybody sits in the cadent house, so slow movement than expected.
POF in 10th could be a sign of success, given that it will trine with Jupiter soon.
I do not see a clear yes, or aspects, so maybe a no then.

Both benefics Angular - Venus and Jupiter with the Moon in the picture.
Not only does Jupiter rule your MC but also your 6th House of current tasks related to your job. Jupiter having just entered Aries, looks like new challenges.
I have read somewhere not sure if it is Gilbert Navarro that a planet just behind a house cusp is 'shy' about the matter of that house. Your ruler the Moon conjunct MC, waxing and about to enter the 10th is another indication of a change in your job.

I agree. It also happened really fast, the interview and decision. No need for a second chart at all because everything fits what the first chart is describing. It would take an unsually long delay and a radical change of circumstances for me to worry.
