Should I buy retirement porperty in another state.

1
I was thinking about buying property in another state for future and here is the chart I drew up.

data is
6 Oct 2005
Thousand Oaks, Ca
12:30 pm

Jupiter and Mercury conj in the 10th, sextile Pluto squarely on Asc.
Moon not so good at 23 Sco opposition Mars at 23 Tau
(meaning? current location not so good, I should move?)
Part of Fortune is squarely in second at 2 Aqu
Aqu is interecepted,
Cap rules second, Saturn is currently afflicted
Sun conj SN on MC, NN is on IC
This info looks positive for buying the retirement property in that area, but then,
Someone pointed out to me that Lilly says; ? ?and the Lord of the 1st and 7th be good planets, or strong in that part of Heaven where they are, or in the whole Figure, if they be Direct (they are), and of swift motion (they are), and in good aspect with good Planets, it is good then to abide still and not remove from the place where the Querent is;?

Am I misreading this? To me the 4th house planet is in poor condition and bad aspect to my planets, but the place to move to seems to be in good position so good place to be? Where have I gone wrong? Help appreciated.

Granny my advice is to use the 4th house to signify the property issue you are asking about. If the 4th house influences are afflicted, something is wrong with your proposition. I wouldn?t want to commit to any property investment where I have an afflicted 4th house.

On the matter of whether it is best to stay or move to a new location, Lilly says that if the 1st house is good and the 7th house bad; stay (no matter how tempted you are to move). But if the 1st house is bad and the 7th house is good, then yes ? it?s best to move. However, if in this question the overall influences look good then you may as well stay: no point in moving!

Hope this helps
Deb

PS ? What I said about the 4th house ? the same applies to the Moon. Investing in property is a big issue so if the Moon is in a bad state, as it is here, then exercise caution.
