I like to watch what is going on when I am calling the authorities, gov officials, banks, companies.
This morning, I called my bank and I wanted them to make a change (Cancer rising, Moon in Virgo, emotionally rational). The woman who answered my call was Capricorn on the 7th with Saturn in Aquarius, late degree, at the MC. She had full power. After exposing my arguments, she said she could not do it or that she would have to charge me fees if she made the change. I calmly read her the segment of their policies stating that I was allowed to make a change within 30 days and that they were responsible for that. It went back and forth like this for a moment.
Finally, at the end or her rope (SA 29 degrees Aquarius just slipping in the cadent 9th), she said she would ask her supervisor (she is no longer Angular and she is asking for help). She came back and she said they would make the change without any charges. The Moon, my ruler was still Angular.
Just watching the motions of the planets through the Houses live is an interesting way to learn about astrology.
