this fellow amritpal singh, is causing quite a stir in india at the moment.. apparently they shut down the internet in all of punjab to try to find the fellow!! i only have a day chart for him - and am using 12 noon as the starting point - jan 17th 1993 - amritstar, punjab india.. his chart for noon is shown below..
