The conflict in Ukraine is about to enter its second calendar year. I guess from an astrological point of view that how events on the ground will unfold in 2023.

greg, my major problem with aries ingress charts is the data is much the same for countries in the same area... this is the chart for kiev aries ingress.... the only difference is the moon is much closer to the ic in the chart...

ultimately this is not good news for ukraine or the world for that matter... but we can thank nato for its war on russia, using ukraine as the proxy...

I think to answer both questions the point is that Mars is directly on the 8th cusp in the chart set for Moscow which gives it added strength for its favour or otherwise. Neptune transit is just a few minutes from exaction - forgot to put transits on the chart!!

As a whole Mars on 8th cusp is problematic esp. when Neptune is squaring it.
