Death charts 1 by Ouranos I am currently investigating death charts of famous personalities with a friend who has been practicing and following theosophy all his life based on the work of Rudolf Steiner and I find it fascinating that it is a vision of astrology we do not hear enough for it carries so much on the spiritual level. He showed me a software he is using 'Astrofire' developed by Peter Treadgold in the second part of the 20th century. Treadgold wrote a book "The Sidereal Zodiac", Peter Treadgold (AFA Publications, 1985) He is mentioned in the bibliography of the book "The Astrological Revolution" by Robert Powell and Kevin Dann. Treadgold suffered the loss of one of his legs at the age of 19 and he died too young from cancer. He contributed the database of births and deaths of historical personalities with his software which can cast charts with not only the geocentric and heliocentric motions of the planets but the lemnicentric as well. ASTROFIRE’s main innovation in relation to other astrological programs is the inclusion of the astrological biography, which in turn depends upon the calculation of the horoscope of conception, computed retrogressively from the birth horoscope by applying the ancient Egyptian hermetic rule. In addition to the possibility of computing a person’s horoscope of conception (epoch chart) and astrological biography, ASTROFIRE allows the computation not only of the usual geocentric horoscope but also the heliocentric and hermetic horoscopes in tropical and sidereal zodiac. And you can find your soul brothers and sisters in the zodiac with people who have similar aspects in their birth or death charts. I don't think this software is available anymore. Here is a tribute from Lacquanna Paul to Peter Treadgold (1943-2005) born Feb 20, 1943 4am Minchinhampton (England) creator of Astro and Astrofire https://sophiafoundation.org/peter-treadgold/ ---------------------- Death charts are no less than a birth chart at another level of our evolution. One of the thing my friend mentioned is that people who die with a Sun/Pluto conjunction leave a lasting legacy to the world that goes beyond the time they lived. Like William Shakespeare, Victor Hugo and St-Exupery. It is as if they have gathered enough inner forces to dive into the most intense and profound spiritual forces beyond Earth. And like in a relay race, they pass the baton to another individual who will be born in this life with a Sun/Pluto conjunction. And the life of those who die with this aspect can inspire us in our lifetime. Does it explain why I clipped the poem 'If' by Rudyard Kipling in my bedroom when I was 14 knowing now that Kipling has a Sun/Jupiter conjunction exactly opposite my Sysygy and replicating my own Sun/Jupiter conjunction and a similar Mars position in Sag? He is one of my soul brother in the cosmos. I am like a child with a limited understanding of the laws of the Universe but I have a hint as to why the Firdaria stops at 63 years old. After that, you are free. The stars have spoken to me for a long time. Now it is my turn to speak to the stars. David Tresemer here https://www.waldorftoday.com/2022/05/th ... man-being/ Rudolf Steiner said 'The stars once spoke to the human being... they are silent now. It is world destiny that they are silent now. To be aware of this silence can become pain for the earthly human being' Silent now means that human beings had to be set off on their own pathways as individuals, each to discover the 'I'. The second verse of Steiner says 'But in the deepening silence, there grows and ripens what the human being speaks to the stars." "To an awake person, this is a time for conversation, two-ways, dialogue. How do you know that dialogue is happening? The stars don’t speak clear words in your language. You speak, and then you listen to what rises within yourself. It’s helpful to discuss how this works with others, but you can begin at any time. One of the purposes of intelligent astrology is to identify how the stars speak and to identify those to which one could pay more attention—a birth chart can help direct one in this manner. A purpose of intelligent astrology is to assist in developing conversation." Blessings! Quote Wed Apr 19, 2023 5:17 am

"In occult brotherhoods to this day, when souls have gone through the Gate of Death, they speak of them as having gone "to the eternal East". The easterly direction of the moment of death shows the human being's future pathway into the life after death and vice-versa, the westerly direction would indicate what is now past. And the cosmic script of our life is written by the pasts transits of Saturn through the Zodiac over the positions of the planets at death, backwards." Blessings! Quote Wed Apr 19, 2023 3:14 pm
