On page 168 he presented the the example of Bob Dole, analyzing the Solar Return chart of the (successful) prostate-cancer surgery.

Cicek showed (page 11) that there are two ways that natal chart can (not must) indicate cancer diseases. 1. Direct connection: NE/PL = X (body parts that are affected); NE = PL (in exact symmetry); NE/X = PL/X or PL/x = NE.
2. Indirect connection: NE/X = PL/Y; NE/PL = X/Y. He also states futhermore: "Of course there are other meanings of neptune pluto connections." ... "Of course there are quite harmless even very good meanings has NE/PL planet picture. Because all things (including the planets) have negative and positive characteristics. Therefore only malefic or only benefic does not exist." (p. 11).
