Collection of light? Or Prohibition?

1
Hello friends hope you are doing well. Here is a chart I am perplexed about. We can see mutual aspects between Sun, Jupiter and Mercury. Is this a collection of light by Jupiter? Or a prohibition /interference by Mercury?

How would you judge the chart- is Mercury preventing the upcoming aspect between Sun and Jupiter ? Chart is having late degrees. Mercury is retrograde. First Mercury meets Jupiter, then Mercury meets Sun and last of all Sun meets Jupiter. Sun's speed is a little faster than Mercury so I'm guessing it cannot be a translation of light by Mercury.

Sun and Jupiter are the main significators in this question and Im trying to figure out if the matter will perfect between them or if there is a hindrance or nullification.

Thanks for reading

You can review an article by Graeme Tobyn here
https://www.skyscript.co.uk/tobyn2.html

2 things here
First, there is a Collection of light

'A collection of light occurs when two significators apply in turn to one planet, which is a superior, more slowly moving planet than either of the significators. This third planet collects the light of the significators and so perfection is obtained via this third party or thing.'
Here the Moon trines the Sun and moves to Jupiter and Jupiter will turn retrograde to meet the querent before the aspect perfects in favor of the question. Jupiter (ruling 7th) changes his mind to meet the querent and the Moon then meets Mercury.

Second, there is an Abcission
But before the Moon meets Mercury and Jupiter it makes a square to Venus squaring Jupiter. This is an abscission to the receiving significator (Jupiter).
Abu Mash'ar says of this that "an unexpected person will obstruct the intention of the querent". Here Venus in the 2nd House ruling the 4th and 12th suggests a problem with money, resources, banks in the signing of the agreement or the pursued matter. And Venus rules Jupiter so his word is important in the agreement.

So, the scenario looks like
1) Yes we both agree.
2) Problem with money or a third party.
3) The 7th House person turning R offers a resolution in favor of both parties.

Maybe I missed something here, so many layers but here is the sequence of the aspects in Taurus.
The Moon last squared (out of sign) Pluto.

There is a school of thought that says, since the two significators already form a connection of themselves, they don't really need any help from any other planet. So a third planet is likely meddling instead of helping. (The only exception is if the third planet is the Moon. That's because the Moon is the lightest, the fastest, and is a general significator, so she tends not to destroy things even if it is in the middle, unless she is very damaged herself.)

Here, Mercury is dignified by domicile but it is also combust. If this is a love chart, it won't surprise me there is a third party. I have seen such cases before.

That doesn't mean that the Sun/Jupiter connection would necessarily be "nullified", as in absolutely nothing comes of it, because it is a trine after all. But Mercury would probably throw a spanner in the works.

Bonatti, who values reception, would say that among these aspects the one with the best reception has the best chance to play out well in real life.
