In this post, I would like to bring up an outlook from Uranian astrology.
The conjunction of Kronos and Hades in Cancer extending over several years.

In July 2019, Cal Garrison had a column in The Mountain Times 'The Hades and Kronos conjunction defines everything.' in which she said...
"In my opinion, the Hades/Kronos conjunction holds the key to everything that’s going on right now so let’s see how it breaks down. At the most basic level of interpretation Hades represents the past, filth, mistakes, shame, criminality, dirty deeds, and the scum of the earth. Kronos governs the people in power, the high and mighty, the cream of the crop, the elite and the movie stars."

and then she cites Martha Lang-Wescott's book 'The Orders of Light'.

This is a resume of what this conjunction is doing in the sky right now.
This is a very long cycle. The waning square happened over several years in the 18 Century (French and American Revolution, British Industrial Revolution, War of Spanish Succession, Mass expansion in China, James Cook explores the Pacific). And some historians say that the 18th-century was marked by terrible poverty.

And we are in the conjunction phase which will be exact in 2030-2031 at 19 Cancer.

Of Hades/Kronos combination, the Rulebook says...
"Great baseness and meanness, poverty or want. Poor government. The criminal on a large scale (organized crime). Death and ruin in ruling circles."

Adolf Hitler

'With Adolf Hitler we get a Hades/Kronos midpoint structure around the Meridian (see chart). Now Hades can drag whatever it touches into the underworld so here we have a negative manifestation of Kronos as Hades pulls the executive, authoritarian power of the Kronos into a very dark place. This is someone whose power has been thwarted in early (or past life) primal ways, so that the person is operating from a foundation of powerlessness and this is where despotic rulers get their tyranny. Negatively manifesting Hades/Kronos is not only corrupt leadership and government, but also integrity, which means we will not be getting someone of the highest character. In fact, in Uranian astrology the Hades/Kronos can be the formula for a big time criminal.

Hades/Kronos can certainly operate positively as well, as in a very fine surgeon, therapist, or someone who is exceptional in a Hades type profession.'

Here are a few more examples of my own with quotations from the Rulebook
Donald Trump

The Donald has the pedigree of a criminal with a long list of charges.
Hades/Kronos = Sun 'Days of ill fortune. A run of bad luck.'
Hades/Kronos = Pluto 'The growing great evil. Large failure.'
What's more Pluto is also in the midpoint Mars/Saturn 'Inception of a later separation or interruption of an activity. Cause for a later sickness'.
And the transiting conjunction in Cancer is semi-square his natal ASC!

Last week a judge ordered the withdrawal of the business licenses for the State of New York from Donald Trump and two of his children, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr, executive vice presidents of the Trump Organization, as well as the forfeiture of the companies targeted by the complaint, so that they can be entrusted to liquidators.

Today, if implemented, these sanctions would deal “a major blow to Donald Trump's ability to do business in New York State.

Donald Trump, who made his fortune in real estate and casinos in the 1980s and had promised to run the United States like his businesses, would then lose control over several of his group's flagships, such as the Trump Tower on 5th Street in Manhattan.

What's more look at the US Sibly chart
They have Hades/Kronos on the AS at birth. With no surprise, US has an estimate of civilian firearms of 120,5 per 100 persons, doubling the second country Falkland Islands with 62,1 and Yemen with 52,8. This is where Uranian astrology departs from Traditional. They say that the AS is the 'environment' surrounding the person while the SU is the 'self'.

And currently, the transiting Hades/Kronos is sitting on their natal Sun near the cusp of the 8th in square to Saturn.

What we are witnessing in U.S.A right now is an ex-president leading a pack of right-wing extremists ready to overthrow a democratic government. Ever seen a president running a country from jail? Hades/Kronos would fit perfectly well the scenario.

Haiti

Here is another country facing Hades/Kronos

Today as the transiting Sun squares natal Sun, 'the UN Security Council gave the green light on Monday to the sending of a multinational force led by Kenya, which must help the Haitian police overwhelmed by gangs, also expanding the embargo on weapons. Now the problem started when Hades/Kronos came in opposition to their natal Hades/Kronos forming a T-Square with Saturn in Libra.
Natally they have
SA=HA/KR 'Losses by mismanagement of the government, not keeping its promise. To be deserted by the government'.

A colleague Uranian astrologer in the U.S.A told me the other day
'Yes, to me it is bigger then the Pluto return. This thing with the former president is just beginning to crack open and many will go down as a result of criminal behavior (Kronos/Hades). People in power who think they can do whatever they want will be in for a rude awakening and this will take place not just in the US. It will spread to the world in the next seven years until 2030-2032.'

A Colorado representative received four death threats and an eviction notice from the owner of his constituency office, the result of his refusal to support the candidacy of ultraconservative agitator Jim Jordan for president of the House of Representatives.

A Georgia representative asked his county sheriff to deploy police officers to his daughter's school and his own residence after receiving threats over his vote for Jordan.

A co-worker in Nebraska revealed his wife now sleeps with a loaded gun after receiving increasingly threatening anonymous calls and texts.

CNN reporter Jake Tapper played a recording of a call from an anonymous man to the wife of an unnamed representative.
“Why is your husband such a ***?” Why is he going on TV to pretend to be an ***? Because he's a deep state ***? So, here's what we're going to do. We will follow you everywhere. We're going to stick you in the ***. Nonstop. It's Jim Jordan or someone more conservative, or you're going to be attacked like you can't imagine. And once again, without violence. »

This is not an exhaustive list of threats received by the twenty Republican representatives who created a surprise last week by refusing to give in to the intimidation of members of the MAGA movement, who dreamed of seeing one of the their at the head of one of the two houses of the American Congress.
In terms of threats and intimidation, the former president set the tone and his followers followed suit. Former Michigan Republican Rep. Peter Meijer recounted one of his colleagues' paralyzing fear after the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the Capitol. The latter told him that he had decided to vote against the certification of the results of the 2020 presidential election for one and only reason: to protect his family.

Steve Bannon, former advisor to Donald Trump, is part of this ecosystem. His message to the many listeners of War Room , his podcast show, was clear Wednesday morning: target Republican representatives who refuse to vote for Jim Jordan.

“Call them and let them know what you think,” Bannon said. Send them emails, call their office, all that, burn the house down. That's it. Take it out on them. »

But this attitude could also push these Republicans to adopt a solution that would be the biggest snub to the Trumpists: an agreement with the Democrats to elect a responsible and credible Speaker of the House.

They would obviously have to say no again to threats and intimidation.

October 12, 2023 Republican Nominee, Steve Scalise, Appears Short Of Votes For Speaker with Mercury in the picture
October 17, 2023 – present: October 2023 Jim Jordan inches closer to Speakership but Republican holdouts remain and election failed again. This time Mercury/Aries Point over this position.
For the remaining of October, several passages of the Moon but not much going on.
