Great meanness, poverty and want. Mismanagement by governments not keeping its promises. Israel War, 32 world conflicts right now ranging from drug wars, terrorist insurgencies, ethnic conflicts and civil wars.

Apollon/Vulcanus = Saturn
Failures, hindrances and passing interruption of success and great expansion. Decrease in prosperity.

I noticed that Apollon was closely conjunct the Lunar Eclipse which I was quite surprised about but maybe the midpoints on the eclipse give it a more negative tinge.
