Looking at the charts for the Saturn ring plane crossing made me realize there are some other significant phenomena going in late March, and in 2025 in general.
Mars is out of bounds from 30 Dec 2024 to 7 Apr 2025.
There is a Moon-Pluto occultation* the day after the ring plane crossing, and they continue during 2025 with a few more in 2026. (*see note below)
Six days after, on March 29 there is a partial solar eclipse, visible in the far Northeast of the US and Canada:

(Interestingly enough, the Jupiter-Saturn MC astrocartography lines for the Great Conjunction of 2020 run right through Halifax, within the visible area of the eclipse.)
2025 is also the peak period for Major Lunar Standstill, so the Moon's declination will be out-of-bounds frequently all during 2025, and to a greater extreme (greater than 28 degrees). The last peak period of Major Lunar Standstill was in 2006. There are some good articles online.

Uranus will have just moved into Taurus for the final time (the first time is at the beginning of June 2024, and it retrogrades back into Aries in mid-December 2024), around March 18th/19th.
Saturn ingresses into sidereal Pisces right before the solar eclipse on the 29th (using Krishnamurti ayanamsa) - meeting a great pile-up of planets: Rahu (mean and true N node), Venus Rx, Neptune, Mercury Rx, and then Sun and Moon in the 2nd decanate.
*Note: The Moon-Pluto occultations recommence on January 1st, 2025, a monthly occurrence. The current series began in April of 2012 and goes to March 2026, with a gap between the end of August 2020 and January 1 2025.
I generated a list of them on serennu.com a few years ago after an astrologer told me about them. With the orbs used on that website, there are 59 occultations total of Pluto by the Moon.
Alex Miller wrote a piece about one of the first Moon-Pluto occultations and a scandal that erupted into the public sphere during Obama's second administration, with the US Secret Service agents hiring prostitutes in South America. I imagine there must be many hidden, obscured, or secret events that are associated with the occultations that may never come to light, or are only known by a few, but which have an effect on the mood and perceptions of the public and contribute to social historical shifts which come after them.
The Moon-Pluto occultations that took place in the 20th century occurred alongside the rise of Hitler, from 1919-1934 (very interesting ties to events and timing in Hitler's life, actually), and in the 18th century from 1768-1782, preceding and preparing the way for the French Revolution. And to have them co-occurring with the Major Lunar Standstill extreme declinations is certainly something to watch out for.
