Timeline:

According to sources from the Ministry of National Defense, the CV-22 Osprey involved in the incident took off from the U.S. Iwakuni Base in Yamaguchi Prefecture at around 2:15 PM on the 29th.

It is reported that this aircraft, along with two other CV-22 Ospreys, a total of three, were flying towards the U.S. Kadena Base in Okinawa Prefecture. Therefore, it is suggested that some malfunction might have occurred during their flight around Yakushima.

The Japan Meteorological Agency has stated that the weather around Yakushima today is generally clear. At 2:30 PM, the wind speed was a gentle 1.9 meters per second. At the time of the incident, no "advisory" or "warning" had been issued.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the aircraft is a CV-22 Osprey belonging to the U.S. military's Yokota Air Base in Tokyo. It was reported that around 2:40 p.m., the radar of the Self-Defense Forces lost track of the aircraft off the coast of Yakushima Island in Kagoshima Prefecture.

Witnesses：

Mr. Kosaku Hirata, 68, a resident of Yakushima Town, witnessed the Osprey crash while fishing on a cape after 2:30 PM.

According to Mr. Hirata, the Osprey, flying in the direction of Yakushima Airport, suddenly flipped over. Shortly after, flames erupted from the area near the left-wing propeller, causing an explosion. The aircraft then descended into the sea.

Describing the situation, Mr. Hirata stated, "The aircraft flipped 180 degrees, turning completely upside down like flying on its back. After catching fire and exploding, it descended vertically with a loud 'thud,' and black smoke rose." He further mentioned, "I felt it was coming towards my direction, but there was nowhere to escape. I trembled with intense fear. I hope thorough measures are taken to ensure the safety of citizens and prevent any harm."

A 76-year-old woman in Yakucho-Kose-da stated, "Just before 3 p.m., I heard the unusual sound of an aircraft engine. When I went out to my balcony and looked towards the sea, I saw the Osprey flying with flames. The aircraft then descended into the sea. Smoke rose, and a loud explosion was heard. I was taken aback and shocked."

According to a man who operates a diving shop near Yakushima Airport in Japan, at around 2:40 PM, he heard a different engine sound than usual. When he looked outside, he observed an Osprey flying with flames coming from the left-wing engine.

The man stated, "It was flying in a path as if entering the runway from the east side of Yakushima Airport, but it descended while turning to the left. I saw black smoke rising along with a ground-shaking sensation, so I immediately reported it to emergency services at 110."

Furthermore, around 3:50 p.m., a report was received from the local fisheries cooperative that they had discovered a man believed to be on the Osprey. The Japan Coast Guard conducted a rescue and transported him to the hospital, where his death was confirmed.

According to the Yakushima Fisheries Cooperative, several boats engaged in fishing in the vicinity conducted a search in the area of the incident. As of now, information suggests that they have discovered three individuals. However, details about their condition are not currently available.

According to the Japan Coast Guard, as of 5 p.m., six patrol ships, patrol boats, and two helicopters are conducting search operations. In the southeast waters of Yakushima Airport, numerous gray debris believed to be from the aircraft has been found.

this plane has suffered a lot of problems of late.. apparently japan has decided to ground all of these ospreys until more understanding of this accident is found.

first flight march 19, 1989 - arlington texas.. i used noon in absence of a specific time given... it is interesting to see the transit of saturn at present squared onto the position of mars in the first flight chart.. and, in fact - the recent mars - saturn square is in the very same area, but from transit mars in scorpio, not taurus as it is in this sidereal chart for the first flight... below is a biwheel with first flight chart to noon on the inside and approx event chart time of 240pm local to okinawa, although the event didn't take place right in okinawa.. the angles will have to be mostly ignored for the moment...

the first flight is a type of electional astrology thingy, but these folks are not thinking of electional astrology when they make these decisions..

Ultimately, I feel that this case is more suitable for the Horary & Electional Astrology forum, intended for practitioners and committed students.

I believe it can serve as a learning case for Christian Astrology (abbreviated as CA) pages 157-161, as well as direction, as mentioned in CA page 204.

I saw the full moon on November 27th while walking outside, and I felt the moon looked particularly large when it was in the northwest!) and then I went to look at the full moon chart. Indeed, I observed that the full moon triggered Saturn in Pisces (which is the reason for the helicopter crash, according to the information I read, there seems to be a natural design issue in the gearbox of the helicopter's transmission?). The Osprey helicopter has two parallel main rotors! I'm wondering if having two parallel main rotors wouldn't make the surrounding airflow very complex, potentially causing imbalance easily?

I understand your point.It is an event chart and it's a world event rather other personal event.

Additionally, Motegi mentioned that on the morning of December 1, they received three points of contact from the U.S., including the current status that CV-22s are not flying, all Osprey aircraft deployed in Japan will resume operations only after thorough and cautious maintenance and safety inspections, and a commitment to transparently share detailed information about the incident.

In response to the U.S. statement that they have "not received a formal request to halt Osprey flights," Motegi stated, "The Ministry of Defense is making clearer requests to the U.S., and Osprey aircraft will not fly unless safety is confirmed."

On December 6th, the U.S. military announced the suspension of all models of the Osprey helicopters.
