Voting in Austria about a law to make vaccination against Covid-19 a duty
Four years ago on the 5th of February 2020 the law in question got in effect, was never executed but shut down after some months. To my knowledge it was the only such law worldwide.

Lord of the hour was Mercury (communication, conversation, discussion) in the 6th house of illness: speaking about sickness. It is an event chart but would be radical as horary anyway.
But Mercury is combust: It is hidden, not seen, cannot see. Remarcable for a discussion about a law: Maybe Mercury is uninformed, ill-advised or lying at worse.

The natural significator of the government, Sun, is in 6th in Aquarius in detriment: The government is lost abroad, has little assistance in foreign terrain or is simply a bad government. (I differentiated between government, which works out the laws and the National Council, which enacts or refuses them. I took Venus, lady of the 10th, for the Council.)

The natural significator for laws, Saturn, also in the 6th of disease, in Capricorn in it's own sign but under sun beams and therefore weakend. It is in the exil of Moon, the people: It determines the people (by definition) or maybe even hates them.

Natural significator of the people is Lady Moon, angular, in applicative conjunction to Mars: The people will be confronted with reckless (Mars is peregrin) aggression. Fortunately this proofed not true for most of the people in Austria.
Last aspect of Moon is a square to Venus: The people were in tension with the National Council. Next aspect conjunction with Mars: …and will feel its force. Moon is conjunct Antares, the "Heart of the Scorpio" ("death because of poisoned sting", "sudden attack", "evilness", "something is ended up in a very evil way" according to Oscar Hofman).

The ascendant is conjunct Alphard in separation: "Ability to manipulate" i.a (O. H.).

Mars, also lord of the 9th, is square to Venus, the National Council: Pressure from foreign countries on the National Council.

Jupiter, lord of the 8th, might be fear of dying. He is in conjunction with the South Node and in sextile to Venus: Fear of death supports the National Council.

South Node can imply a sudden ending or change so maybe conjunct Jupiter (Law) it wasn't likely to endure for v.long.

Yes, traditionally Jupiter stands for fair balance. Ideally laws would support this.
Unfortunately I could not find this signification in William Lilly's "Christian Astrology". Maybe someone else?

Sorry, I just noticed that I made a dumb mistake: The year is wrong! It was 2022, not 2020!
So the chart I delivered is also wrong even though many elements are similar. I will correct this posting soon.

Lord of the hour was Saturn (limitations, discipline, structure) in the 6th house of illness: limitations in the field of sickness. Saturn is participating triplicity ruler of the rising sign and in my opinion natural significator of laws (see below for Jupiter). It is an event chart but would be radical as horary anyway. Saturn is in his domicile, has no aspects to other planets but a conjunction with Mercury (sic!) and the Sun (it is under sun beams). It is in the exil of the Sun: The government is determined by (some other?) law?

Mercury, the natural significator of communication, conversation and discussion is in its own term but retrograde and combust: It is weakened, hidden, not seen and cannot see. Remarcable for a discussion about a law: Maybe Mercury is uninformed, ill-advised or lying at worse.

Natural significator of the people is Lady Moon, angular in the 1st (but not in the same sign as the ascendent), in applicative opposition (next aspect) to Jupiter, ruler of the 8th: People are blocked by anxieties and fear of death. If one sees the natural signification of Jupiter, the Great Benefactor, than this forced beneficence (Jupiter) of the National Council (separating sextile to Venus) is against the people. Jupiter is conjunct the fixed star Fomalhout (sensitivity, mercy): There are good intentions.
The people will be determined by the discussion. (Moon in the domicile of Mercury. But the law was never enforced. Maybe this is shown by the missing aspect between Moon and Saturn.) The Moon is in the fall of Venus (people do not like the National Council) but Jupiter exalts her (they overestimate the National Council).

Venus, ruler of the 10th, the National Council as the embodyment of authority at this event, is in the exil of the Moon: There is a mutual negative reception and a trine: It’s no good relationship but energy is flowing freely. People disdain the National Council and it really doesn’t like the people but determines them. Fear and worry supports the National Council (Venus in sextile to Jupiter).

The ascendant is conjunct Alphard in separation: "Ability to manipulate" i.a (Oscar Hofman) respectively "sudden death by poison" (Vivian Robson – because it’s separating I think this is not sudden death through vaccination but before the discussion through a virus as argued).

Mars, also lord of the 9th in its own term (field of activity), is trine to the Moon, the people: Preasure and aggression from foreign countries (or institutions – maybe WHO?) on the people.

Two more informations:

1) In Austria laws can be prepared through the government or through the Federal Council and are finalized through the National Council. After the later has confirmed a law the Federal Council has to confirm too. This is only formal at the very most: According to Wikipedia only once it was not since the Federal Council exists. Also in the public perception a law is accepted when the National Council finalizes it. So I find it appropriate to look at the time when the National Council finalized the law which in this case the Austrian Government proposed.

2) On the 7th of July 2022 approximately at 18:02 the revocation of this law was decided by the National Council according to the official records. On the 14th of July the Federal Council confirmed this decision. In the coresponding chart of the 7th of July a great trine between Moon (people) in Libra, Venus in Gemini (again the National Council by accidential dignity) and Saturn in Aquarius (law) can be found.

One could argue that this gene vaccination was available before this vote and before this law, so Alphard and "sudden death by poison" may point towards deaths by vaccination. Anyway one can take "poison" in a wider sense and "death by poison" is indicated in some way.
