Suicidal thoughts (Mercury) are a compulsive (Node) desire (Moon) to leave the life (Mars/Saturn). The thoughts (Mercury) and psyche (Moon) are with death (Mars/Saturn) eclipsed (Node).

If it is a suicide, then at least one of the above equations should occur.
