Will I be a part of B's team in the next one year? 1 by ashwsh B is my ex-boss from another team. I was removed from his team and put in A's team earlier team this year. However I really liked B as my supervisor and also I really appreciated working with a lot of people on B's team (my colleagues) that time. B would like to have me back on his team and the feeling is mutual of respect for each other. However B has no position on his team, and while I was reporting directly to B when I was in his team, if he does get me on he will need to put me under G. G is great too..I really like G, and respect her too..very knowledgeable. I asked I will be a part of B's team in next one year? I asked this question last night and strangely today morning B called me and told me about his interest having me on his team, but I am also cautious that these are promises that may never materialize or may take a long time or maybe he is just keeping me engaged so that I continue to be in the company and don't look outside for another job. Since I don't like my new team much. I am Jupiter, in taurus. Im in bounds of venus. He is Venus/exalted. Jupiter is in fixed/cadent houses, so it means we are going anywhere soon atleast nowhere out of this company. Moon is in mutable sign, just entered gemini, making me open to change. He is venus/exalted but burnt by the Sun I really dont see much aspects here based on the charts..so seems nothing will happen of the matter Thoughts? Re: Will I be a part of B's team in the next one year? 2 by ashwsh Being in the 6th house, obviously shows im not in the best position currently given my dislike for my current team. Uranus seems to tag along showing the changes i'm going through. Not sure if suitable to use 11th house for new role/job in B's team. But Mars is Domicile in the 4th house. and will sextile moon in 5units..so maybe something 5months or 5 weeks from now. Regards Quote Fri May 10, 2024 2:18 pm

You mention multiple authority figures ("A," "B," & "G"), and there's probably a way to use the sign on the 10th house to differentiate between them. Like say, using the 10th house cusp for one, the planet that rules the 10th for another, and the exalted ruler of the 10th for the third, though, I'm not sure how to arrange them for you because to do that likely requires one to understand the hierarchies in play. What I can see, though, is that you are Jupiter, and the job in general is Venus. Jupiter and Venus are both combust the Sun, which, I think, speaks to the sense of crisis that you describe yourself as currently experiencing. I think it also describes the "secret planning" you mention yourself and "B" doing; planets hidden by the Sun during combustion can symbolize things kept secret, and the Sun here also rules the 9th house which is the 12th from the 10th - hidden activities at the place of work and/or concerning authority figures. As you say, Jupiter, being in the 6th, a house of drudgery, shows how you feel about your current working situation. Its recent conjunction with Uranus seems to describe the changes that have taken place. But I'd say that the changes aren't fully through with you yet, as Jupiter still has yet to complete its perfection of the incoming union with the Sun. The Moon, being the swiftest planet, has a general signification in any chart for changes. In Gemini, a double-bodied air sign ruled by Mercury, its changeable nature is strengthened. The Moon being in 6 amplifies the sense of drudgery and unhappiness. It's newly in Gemini, where it's peregrine, after having been in Taurus, where it was exalted - showing a sense of comfort being lost. It rules the 8th (losses; anxieties; vulnerabilities). It's applying a trine to the MC (continued sense of drudgery at the job), and the next aspect of a classical planet that it makes is a sextile to Mars - Mars, which is very strong by way of both dignity and angularity. Mars, which can signify battles and severance and stands on the IC - in opposition to the current job. I think you will very seriously consider moving on from this job. Sure, Mars rules the 11th hopes and support and friends, but it also rules the 12th self-undoing. I wonder if a bigger question here isn't: is your current boss the wrong boss for you, but, is this job just not what you really want to be doing? Or, another angle to consider - you, as Jupiter in fixed Taurus, could show inflexibility - are you making things harder for yourself than they have to be by refusing to accept these changes in the workplace? Best of luck to you in figuring this situation out. Last edited by Jason on Sat May 11, 2024 9:52 am, edited 1 time in total. thoughts are just thoughts Quote Sat May 11, 2024 8:50 am
Re: Will I be a part of B's team in the next one year? 4 by Ouranos Ashwsh, Early degree of the MO in Gemini in 6th is telling you that you that it is too early to answer this question with complete certainty. There are additional steps that are going to take place before you go from A to B. But I think you will. The 6th House shows your current working conditions in team A. The 6th from the 6th = 11th in Scorpio, the move to team B ruled by Mars. MA in the 4th in Aries, does team B would give you more freedom to work from home? And the MO applies to it in 5 units. (weeks, months). JU (You) will conjunct your MO (co-ruler in 6th) June 1st. Let's see what news this will bring you. Best to you, Ouranos Blessings! Quote Sat May 11, 2024 9:45 am

I understand that sometimes comes up in modern interpretations, but I'm not sure I agree that it signifies anything but an unsatisfactory, lowly sort of work. So how would the 6th from the 6th indicate something better? Just trying to wrap my head around it. Either way, it'll be interesting to hear what happens—at least as an example of house theory. I agree with you that some further change looks inevitable—with the combustion and the Moon applying to moveable, angular Mars. Whether those factors favor ash or not remains to be seen. For their sake, I hope so, but I certainly don't see Jupiter or the Moon with 6th-house connections to the hot and dry Sun and Mars as "a pleasant stroll in the park." thoughts are just thoughts Quote Sat May 11, 2024 10:16 am
Re: Will I be a part of B's team in the next one year? 6 by Ouranos Hi Ouranos, If I understand these statements correctly, you're giving the 6th house a "job" or "work" signification? More job assignments or job duties, conditions surrounding your job. Or changes within your work. After all, she stays with the same company. And using the derived houses in cases of 'multiple choices'. This or that. And you may be right also. One might say it is like an artistic choice! I was going over the Horary book of Sylvia De Long (p.67) last week and regarding combustion, she said that 'If however, the Sun or combust planet rules the querent, the quesited or the objective, this debility is not considered," What I understand though is that the querent or the objective is still 'in the shadow', something is kept secret and you may not feel comfortable with it. I have been wrong with some of my readings in the past and I still have a couple of charts set for myself that I had no idea on the outcome. But I am so "en amour' with Horary that I am like a toddler always ready to jump in flasks of water like a toddler! Be well, Ouranos Blessings! Quote Sat May 11, 2024 10:38 am

I was confused by it. :) Ouranos wrote: And you may be right also. One might say it is like an artistic choice! And I might be wrong. Life is funny like that. It is definitely like an artistic choice, agreed. My delineation might have sounded a little severe, but I didn't intend for it to be doom and gloom, rather, I just thought it was probably important to point out that it looks like things are toilsome and might continue to feel that way for a bit; like the heat is being turned up. I think it might prove insightful for ash to reflect on the situation broadly. It's not an uncommon experience to be unhappy with work and bosses. Is it our attitude that needs adjusting, our bosses that need rearranging, or to look for a new job altogether? Is Mars at the root of the chart powerfully placed in its domicile a signal that we are deeply restless, or looking for a fight, or maybe that we are ready to actively seek a change? Only ash can know, I guess. Ouranos wrote:I have been wrong with some of my readings in the past Same for me. Same for everyone. The best we can do is throw up some thoughts on the chart and hope it helps the person asking the question work things out. thoughts are just thoughts Quote Sat May 11, 2024 11:16 am
Re: Will I be a part of B's team in the next one year? 8 by ashwsh Thank you both for your inputs on the chart. I was initially confused too, whether to use 6th or 10th house for this, but seems 6th seems a better choice To give a quick background around the situation, I joined company in A's team and within 6 months I was moved to B's team but that time B was not in the company, he came in 2 years later. But I liked what I was doing, and when B came in over time I build a great working relationship with him. Both A and B till then were responsible for function Sales and Marketing for their segments. But beginning of the year, A still manages both functions and B only Sales and since I led marketing for B's team, and when that team was dissolved, B helped me by speaking to A to get a position to lead his marketing team. A was happy to have me, but somehow also thinks I'm a 'charity case' as if he had not rescued me, I would have lost my job. A is a nice man, but his thinking is outdated. For e.g. my another horary post on Salary increase, I had a conversation with A, but I know A will give me a hard time giving it. He is like a big elephant, so tough and traditional in his thoughts. He doesn't think money motivates people to do their job the best. Also the team, they are constantly bad mouthing each other. Some had a problem with me and were being insecure and kept saying foul stuff about me. so overall quite negative in approach which I find very hard to work with. I can change the process and try to make a difference but if people are terrible, I can't change them. B on the other hand I wont say is easy but is more personable. B's team has people who are nice, very motivated and supportive, and I think by going back to B at least I don't have to prove myself again even though the role will be a sales role, which I have never done and could come with some challenges. My worry with B is also the money, when B called me 2 days ago, he wanted to move me at the same salary and maybe a compromise on designation. Honestly I don't know which way to go. I feel both these people want to take advantage of miserable situation I'm in and don't want to pay for my hard work. I don't want to short-charged either in this process I just don't want to be stuck. Also if I do move, A will hate me for leaving his team, and may not even approve the internal transfer. so it will be quite a drama. I will keep u posted on how things shape up Just a quick question, and not sure if the answer is there, but do finances improve with B? I'm not sure if chart shows that. If 6th from 6th (11th) is B's house will money be 12th? that is also ruled by mars that is domicile, that should improve too..correct? . Regards Quote Sun May 12, 2024 1:51 am

The 11th (2nd from 10th) ruled by MA in rulership and the MO applies to it. Looks like you bring your suitcase with you. Just a quick add-on You know to the popular question 'Should I stay or should I move?', the idea of looking at the 7th House is because it is the 4th from the 4th. Blessings! The main star in the tenth house is the Sun, which falls in the fifth house. The Sun is accepted by Venus, which obviously will make your wish come true. Quote Mon May 13, 2024 8:29 am

Re: Will I be a part of B's team in the next one year? 12 by ashwsh Hi Ouranos, Jason Just to quickly update on development that has happened since this post: G has officially taken her new position- It was all under the wraps for some time, but now was announced around May 23, 2024. I did meet her on May 28, 2024 and reminded her of my interest in moving to her team :-). But given that she is dual hatting her current and new role..she already has too much on her place. June 01 was a weekend, however May 31, 2024 nothing specific happened other than some small talk with B (not related to work) and I applied for 2 jobs outside of the company. I will keep u posted on how things move along Regards Regards Quote Mon Jun 03, 2024 4:22 pm
