I am curious why no one has recompiled and organized William Lilly's almanacs in a manner similar to "Christian Astrology."

Many years ago, I purchased facsimile editions from Renaissance Astrology web.

They have been lying dormant on my computer's hard drive for years. This year, with the assistance of AI, including OCR recognition and ChatGPT-4 for text reorganization, I finally had the opportunity to delve into Lilly's ideas.

This is a simple and rough version, undoubtedly with many errors. Perhaps, when my knowledge and skills reach the appropriate level, I will strive to improve it. However, I sincerely hope that others can help me perfect it.

In 1663, there was a Jupiter/Saturn conjunction in Sagittarius.
On page 14, Lilly says

We consider how long it was since such conjunctions, either of superior or inferior planets, or any other aspect, either good or evil, of any of them. And how these aspects or conjunctions agree or disagree with the immediate, minor, or greater conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter preceding, or any of the 119 conjunctions we formerly mentioned. Always frame your judgment according to the radix of the last preceding conjunction or eclipse, and the then present longitude of the planets. From the time of that radix until another greater or lesser conjunction shall happen, diligently consider their configurations. If any precede the year wherein you are to judge, or the eclipse which you...

Interesting to consider the conjunctions of other planets in relationship to the Jupiter/Saturn cycle.

Following on what Lilly says, the current Sun/Venus/Jupiter conjunction is trine the last Jupiter/Saturn conjunction.
That's interesting! It's not just Jupiter trining the initial conjunction. It brings even greater benefits and favorable circumstances, elevates and confers status upon new horizons.

I remember André Barbault showing that the Jupiter/Saturn socio-economic cycle was more important in Europe. Should favor contracts, treatises and collaborations between countries.

However, this is a very rough version. Some charts from Lilly's original work are not included, and the text content is also roughly corrected.

I plan to organize all of William Lilly's almanacs (from 1644 to 1682) in this way over the next few months. (If there is interest in this project, I will be more motivated to work on it, haha). (I need attention and the spotlight) (However, I'm currently in China, and if I can't access GPT, I won't be able to do anything).

Previously, I also wanted to collect the almanacs published by Henry Coley from EEBO. Unfortunately, when I had collected some of the almanacs, I was unable to log in to EEBO through Kepler College. (I suspect the reason might be that Kepler College lost its accreditation status).

I think that William Lilly's almanacs are worthy of attention and research. Unfortunately, my knowledge is limited. I hope that experts in this field will emerge to teach us how to read these materials.
