Astro Crossword, Skyscript Newsletter,The Traditional Astrologer 1 by Wei I wonder how many people have noticed this: https://www.skyscript.co.uk/crossword1.html I think Deb and her team have put in a tremendous amount of effort. Although each issue of the Skyscript Newsletter is titled "newsletter," its content is substantial. Recently, Deb and her team has scanned the Traditional Astrologer magazine, which makes me very happy. (Although I recently completed my own collection of 19 paper issues and scanned all 19 of them, Deb’s scanned files are better than mine.) Re: Astro Crossword, Skyscript Newsletter,The Traditional Astrologer 2 by Ouranos Yes Wei, The whole website is a mine gold of information and learning tools. Skyscript has been a creative springboard for many astrologers and a place for open discussion and critical review of ancient texts. Kudos to Deborah and all the collaborators who made what Skyscript has become. Ouranos Blessings! Quote Sun Jun 09, 2024 11:06 am
Re: Astro Crossword, Skyscript Newsletter,The Traditional Astrologer 3 by Deb Oh thank you Wei - and Ouranos Out of interest - how did you get on with that crossword Wei? You are right, nobody ever mentioned that, so I was never sure whether it escaped attention because it was too hard, too easy, or whatever. Like everything else, the challenge for me was doing it the first time round - now I know how it is done I'd like to repeat and improve - as soon as I can find the time! Re: Astro Crossword, Skyscript Newsletter,The Traditional Astrologer 4 by Wei Hi Deb, I have spent 2 hours (including searching online) and I still have 7 puzzles left unsolved. I personally really appreciate your teaching style and astrological talent/ability. I feel a connection with you (and your team), sharing an interest in the same topics. Yesterday, I watched Morgan Le Gall's lecture on Physical Descriptions in Natal and Horary Astrology, which is also a topic I'm very interested in. Thank you. Deb, I feel that you and your team are truly like a linguistic teacher when it comes to astrology, based on my encounters with other astrology teachers. I'm unsure if I've misunderstood your teaching methods. Recently, aside from Lilly, I've also enjoyed reading Al-Biruni's "In the Elements of the Art of Astrology." I'm not sure what astrology is exactly, but I sense that since I've begun viewing astrology as a language, I feel I've found the right path for myself. Quote Mon Jun 17, 2024 3:16 am
Re: Astro Crossword, Skyscript Newsletter,The Traditional Astrologer 5 by Deb Ah - you are getting there Wei Looking at it again, I can see I did make it a hard one! Of course, all very easy for me, as I knew all the answer before I set them in the puzzle. Thank you for your lovely words. Quote Mon Jun 17, 2024 6:48 am
