it has a fairly potent set up with sun and moon involved in a t sqaure with mars... nocturnal chart, mars rising... mars is nicely trine the 9th house jupiter and ruled by mars, while mars is ruled by the sun in scorpio in the 4th.. the sun is ruler of the ascendant.. i guess that is a mutual exchange with mars and sun.. i am not sure how to read that looking at natal or mundane charts..

as it happens the transit of saturn is close to an exact square to natal sun, having just recently past a conjunction to moon and opposition to mars.. the transiting sun is exact opposite mercury, ruler of the 2nd... the transiting nodal axis runs along the 8/2 house axis... ketu is in the 2nd showing the poor state of finances... i don't know what the deal was with the imf, but i am sure it wasn't helpful, especially in the long run.. if you ever want to understand the role of the imf, world bank and other ''international instutitions'' like these, find a copy of john perkins book called ''confessions of an economic hit man'' to get more insights... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Perkins_(author) wikipedia is a propaganda site, that has some usefullness, in spite of what it tries to peddle with the good info..
