Help with Purchase from Dr Benjamin Dykes Website

1
I purchased Dr Benjamin Dykes' audio file with slides titled 'Introduction to Traditional Mundane Part 2' on June 1, 2024, but wasn't able to download it due to an invalid link being provided by the script running on his website. I've sent about 5 emails asking for help via his website help form, but haven't received any response. I sincerely hope Dr Benjamin is in good health.

I'm hoping that someone else who has also purchased 'Introduction to Traditional Mundane Part 2' can help me by providing me with the audio and slides. I can take a screen shot of the purchases that I've made on Dr Benjamin's site as evidence. I've purchased a handful of his audio lessons and was able to download all of them except for that one.

Apologies if I've broken any forum rules with this post. My intention isn't to advertise Dr Benjamin's lessons. I figure everyone would be aware of them anyway.

Thanks,

James

Hi Jalsck,

Are you James_m? Why did you apply for a new account?

I have the audio and slides for 'Introduction to Traditional Mundane Part 2,' but they are from the 2015 version. I'm not sure if this is the version you need. If it is, please send me a private message with your email address.

However, I still hope you can get in touch with Dr. Benjamin Dykes. I do not want to be seen as providing pirated copies,😂 and Dr. Benjamin Dykes is a teacher and author I highly respect. I saw your post on July 29 when you posted it, but I did not reply because I was waiting to see how others would respond. It turns out that after so many days, no one has responded. I have no idea of the reason.

Thank you both for replying.
as to the question - i would contact ben dykes directly...

I have tried contacting support using the web form about 5 times in total and also tried emailing Dr Ben at an email address that appeared in one of his lectures. The web form would generate an email I think, which is why I previously said that I had emailed him 5 times.

Wei, thank you for offering to help I truly appreciate it. I'll make a video of me logging into my account at https://bendykes.com and then going to my orders. That should put your mind at ease. I should get that done sometime over the next 3 days or so.

I recommend disputing the charge and seeking a refund. If you paid with a credit card, this process should be straightforward, especially since you have documented your efforts to resolve the issue with the seller in good faith. Credit card companies typically offer strong consumer protection, so with your evidence, you should be well-positioned to secure a refund. Be sure to provide all relevant documentation when contacting your credit card issuer, as this will strengthen your case.
Regards.
