I thought some of you might be interested in the breakdown of Jyotish astrologers predicting the outcome of the 2024 US Presidential election.

I have left out astrologers who may work with Indian astrology but have not utilised traditional Jyotish in the prediction methodology:.

At present 75% or 3/4 predict a Harris win over Trump. A higher ratio than with tropical astrology list at present.

In the context of predicting the outcome of the 2024 U.S. Presidential election, a significant majority of Jyotish astrologers forecast a victory for Kamala Harris over Donald Trump, with 75% of those surveyed predicting her win. This contrasts with predictions from tropical astrology, where the ratio is less favorable for Harris. Notable astrologers who support her candidacy include Alan Annand, Gurmeet Singh, and Richard Fidler, among others, totaling 15 astrologers. Conversely, only 5 astrologers predict a Trump win, including Edith Hathaway and Joni Patry.
However, there are mixed outcomes in the predictions made by various astrologers. For instance, Indian Vedic astrologer Kathir Subbiah confidently predicted Trump's victory based on astrological alignments, which ultimately materialized. In contrast, Prathosh Gopalakrishnan faced backlash after incorrectly forecasting a decisive win for Harris. The differing predictions highlight the complexities and uncertainties inherent in astrological forecasting, as well as the varied methodologies employed by astrologers within the Jyotish tradition. As the election approaches, these insights reflect not only the astrological interpretations but also the broader public sentiment regarding the candidates.
