Misho,

Moon Saturn is not inimical by the conjunction as it brings forces together.
Like a sense of responsability, emotional security and stability, privacy and a respect of each other lonely times.
However, in Pisces (mutable and peregrine), there may be a sense of lacking direction or having a goal-oriented direction together.
It would be great if the relationship evolved under a larger organization like a religious or artistic activity where both partners can find a meaningful sense of belonging.
With Saturn, possible delays, obstacles or sacrifices to establish a lasting relationship. Like leaving friends behind, a job or covering long distances to get together.
Check Jupiter and Neptune (ruling Pisces) for more insights.

Best to you,
Ouranos
Blessings!

That makes sense. I'm much older than her and she comes from far away. The conjunction falls in 2nd house
Thanks

Simply: no!

William Lilly does not even mention Moon as enemy of Saturn. I would look at the dignities and debilities and the reception between this planets.

As you mention the 2nd House and the difference in age, stay away from any financial deals. Jupiter R (ruling you both in the relationship) is coming back to meet Saturn (and the Moon by square) and that could be costly.
Pisces can be gullible with the savior syndrome and the last aspect the Moon makes before changing sign is a conjunction to Neptune.
Good luck,
Ouranos
Blessings!

Perhaps the ‘mutual reception’ of Mercury and Jupiter in the signs of opposition have clouded your thinking. In the comments, there seems to be much difficulty in describing what astrology is, but many examples about what astrology means to a person. Neptune square Mercury in Sagittarius, its detriment sign, could be a little uncomfortable in its temporary position. Unable to easily reach its usual ideological depth.
