he was pardoned sunday night.. i have used 6 pm to his birth location for the transit chart which happens to line up the ascendants to both charts... see the biwheel below..



the most obvious connections by transit for this event are t saturn in the 10th house area, conjunct bidens north node - 10 minutes from exact, followed by t saturn conjunct his midheaven 3 degrees of separation.. transit venus is at 29 sag 44 - essentially conjunct his natal moon at 0 cap 36, and t venus has just passed his natal mercury, so also conjunct what is the ascendant ruler of this sidereal chart too.. mars is applying to a close square to natal jupiter within 1 degree.. that is most of the transit data for this event... i haven't looked at the solar arc data or profection data.. t jupiter is also transiting his natal 12th house which is said to be favourable to getting out of a pickle... seems so here.. t uranus forms a close 45/135 to his natal mars-uranus opposition here too...

Hi James - thanks for posting the charts above. The tropical chart below shows Hunter Biden's circumambulations (solar return Asc and MC) for 1st December. The planetary positions on the inner wheel are for his solar return on 4 February 2024. Note how the Asc has moved to 9 GE 26 and the MC brings his solar return/natal Sun to the meridian. On the outer wheel are the transits for 1 December, the day of the Presidential Pardon, situated in the natal houses. As you say, tr. Jupiter is in his natal 12th house, but of particular note is the fact that his natal 12th is now rising due to the circumambulation of the Asc to Gemini and specifically 9 GE 26. The circumambulation of the MC is just about to perfect a trine with transit Jupiter in a couple of days. By implication, Biden has had an on-going transit of Jupiter to his natal Sun by trine, and the days around the pardon are bringing the full power of this transit into focus. Also of note, the bound lord of both the circumambulation Asc and MC is Jupiter.




The second chart shows the same main wheel, but this time with the natal positions and whole sign houses around the outside. This shows further good fortune for Biden as his 12th house natal Lot of Fortune is brought to partile conjunction with the cirumabulation Asc. This suggests luck in matters of the 12th house at this time. His solar return Moon has just set at 8 SG 08, in partile trine to his natal 10th wsh Mars in Aries and square to his natal MC. Biden has a potentially powerful Mars, being in Aries in the tenth wsh, but it is out of sect, and the malefic out of sect since he was born during the day. I believe his felony was related to carrying a gun whilst abusing illicit drugs, so a conviction of a martial nature. The return Moon applies to the sextile of the natal/return Sun and the circumambulation MC suggesting improvement in relation to his status and identity.




For reference, Biden is in a seventh house profection year, and the pardon was granted during a tenth house profection month.

that is good astrological work and sleuthing on your part.. i didn't dig down into the chart that far, but i like how you included the part of fortune in your analysis.. that is something i rarely see! i didn't consider the solar return or profection data, and was just looking at the transits to explain some of this.. of course joe bidens chart would factor into all this too given he was the one who gave the pardon... thanks for sharing..

Thanks James - with Jupiter and Fortune very active, there's something about the sheer good luck of having your father as POTUS at this time. I love the way these traditional forecasting techniques work together to make a very compelling narrative.
