My answer is:
Rather NO / Almost YES (I can't decide)

What about this accentuated 5th house (querent's ruler located there, in a house very relevant for this subject) and Venus in 7th house?

Venus in also the ruler of the 4th house (end of the matter).
My 1H Lord (Sun in Capri) is in the radical 5th house (house of pleasures), but Sun's ruler (Saturn in Pisces) is in the 8th house (loss, regret, inner turmoil. BUT according to some sources - not causal sex house).
Moon (also Capri) is in the 6th house - and VOC, if we exclude outer planets: Uranus (trine), Neptune (sextile) .

There is no aspect between Sun (querent's ruler) and the radical 5th house's ruler (Jupiter in Gemini, radical 11th house).

Maybe this VOC Moon in a weak position (Capri, 6th cadent house) indicates a final NO?
But what about Sun (querent's ruler) in the 5th then?

I see more NO factors, but those YES factors are quite strong.

PS In my current solar return, I have Pluto (Aqua) in the SR 5th house (Capri), its ruler in the 7th (Saturn in Pisces - and Saturn's ruler - Neptune is on the 8th house cusp).
My SR Ascendant falls in my 9th natal house (but very close to natal Virgo's Medium Coeli, 3 degrees from it and applying).

I have a different approach to this question as you will see below.

1) Lord of the hour is Mars. He is of the same nature as the ruler of the 1st house, so the question is valid and the chart ready to be delineated.

2) The significtors
Lord of the 1st is Sun, this signifies you. Depending on the house system it is located in the 5th or 6th house. I think the 6th describes the situation better.
Co-significator is the Moon as always showing your emotional side. The Moon is in detriment and located in the 6th: This decribes your frustration and weakness to act.

Dr. Luís Ribeiro, astrologer and historian, said that he never saw a traditional text where the 5th house was signifying sex. Every author that he is aware of refers to the 7th house for sex. That is important.

Lord of the 7th is Saturn, signifying sex and the person you would have sex with.

3) Connections
Sun will not complete the sextile to Saturn before Moon reaches Saturn.
Moon on the other hand applies mutual to an opposition to Mars after changing the sign and then to a trine with Jupiter. Before it reaches Saturn it conjuncts with Venus. Many obstacles.

Therefore I have to conclude that the answer is NO.
Take into consideration that I don’t know you, I know your sex not even and also I do not know your age. So my delineation is somewhat limited.

I am a woman, 40, no kids, no husband/boyfriend, very youthful physically and mentally, so in theory, any sex would be quite easy to get.
The problem is that I do not want anything casual or for fun only, plus, at the moment I am not very eager about active nor intense dating.
This approach limits significantly my possibilities.

I cast a similar chart (attached) a few days before this one, but with different timing - Will I get sex by July.

1H Lord (Mars) was also in the 5th house, 7H Lord (Venus) in the 12th, Moon in Libra on DESC (7th cusp), and again, I didn't see a clear indication of having sex.
Now I have extended timing to August and the answer is the same - NO

7th house as a sex matters ruler is something new to me - I have ususally seen discussion between the 5th and the 8th, where the 5th was usually chosen as the sex (especially casual), pleasures and fun sector.

7th house is the other person, an opponent or a lover/boyfriend/husband (and many other things, of course), but since I am not having anyone specific in mind, wouldn't a "sex person" be represented by 7th house from radical 5th, so here the radical 11th?

Since I am also the Moon, are the following aspects (Mars opp, Jup tri, Venus conj) describing my possibilities/difficulties/events, or shall I treat it only as obstacles in the way, before Sun and Saturn perfect this sextile?

Before I detected that the Moon will reach Saturn before the Sun can complete the sextile I thought this would be a matter of not only physical attraction but also a emotional connection. I thought this is perfect.

For a traditional astrologer it sounds ridiculous to take the 8th for sex. It is the house of loss, of anxieties and of sorrow. And of death. In a brother context it also has to do with legacies and with the resources of partners (2nd from 7th). But never ever with sex. This is a modern invention.
I know that Frawley takes the 5th for sex but I’m going with Luís Ribeiro especially if you want more than one night stands.

No. Just the 7th. No 5th, no 8th and no other.

Usually this aspects would be treated as obstacles. I am sorry, I think the Moon is not strong enough to overcome them.

That's fine:), I got this chart rather as a No - with MO in detriment and cadent house related to illness, it's probably very hard to get positive feedback and be a strong side in the matter )
In fact, this weak position of MO shows my emotional attitude (avoiding lighthearted fun, lack of motivation to act, frustrating celibacy).

As additional co-significator I wouldn't choose Mars, but rather Venus, since I am a woman, but I am not sure if I should extend the significators.
Sun and Moon seem to be sufficient.

But if we treat Mars as a general sex significator, its placement in the 12th house + its retrograde state + the fact that Mars is heading to its fall in Cancer (and before that will opposite Pluto) do not sound promising There is nothing positive about Mars in this chart.

And Venus is also not strong nor positive - Aqua Venus as the 4th house Lord (4th as the "end of the matter" house) and in late degrees + is not applying to any planet before it changes its sign. I do not see any action here.

Moon is VOC to me, so looks like: no change in the current status.

I do not know which system you follow. I refer to William Lilly, John Frawley, Sue Ward and my own experience.

If a connection will happen, the significators of the two persons have to come to an aspect or a conjunction. Every other aspect or conjunction before they meet is usually considered an obstacle and the end of the story. There are (rare) exceptions when the significator is much stronger than the obstacle. If it is a hard aspect the connection appears also: It is a Yes! An opposition may indicate a connection which is not worth the effort, separates quickly or one that is regretted afterwards. A square means probably that the meeting it is not easy but happens. The smoothest form is indicated by a trine.

A separating aspect always means something which happened already.

Interesting to find in your chart the MC (goal) in the midpoint VE/MA (of sexual encounters). And sitting as well in the current JU/SA midpoint. JU says success, SA says denial. A 50/50 draw but a potential tuning point.
After all, you have gone public with your question (JU/SA) which shows a desire to find a solution.
Your SU and the MO (your rulers) are both under the rulership of SA ruling your 7th House (potential candidate).
Maybe you depend too much on the move from someone else.

At the same time, SA in 8th ruling your 7th in a T-square with ME and JU, the 2 planets of understanding and thinking you might experience deep, transformative challenges around boundaries, control, and vulnerability.

I limited myself to a dry description of the basics. Seeing the chart l had the impression of someone waiting for a partner too as a general habit. But I did not motivate to change this. Maybe because I myself tend more to deal with circumstances than try to change them. A matter of temperament. So it’s good that you expanded the kind of thoughts concerning how to handle the situation. Anyway it will happen what shall happen. And I wish you, Salem, to be able to be in peace with it.

Wanting to get sex, but with emotional side included.
However, if the chart's MC is a final outcome (is it?;), and here the ruler is retro, soon in fall and in the 12th, I am not feeling postive about it ;D

I think this 50/50 (JU/SA) is also spot on, because I am aware that if I take some action, I can get it rather quickly (I mean casual sex).
The issue is that I do not want to.

I have rarely shown the vulnerable side even to my longterm partners. I am very Saturnian with Pluto in my natal chart. I do not think people respect vulnerability, especially nowadays.
Unfortunately, I really really like sex and definitely need it in my life more than once in a while. This is my longest break (objectively, it is not very long) and I am getting very anxious and tense, both mentally, physically.

I am worried that I might break at some point (50/50 turning point?) and just find someone casual, but it wouldn't end up well - I tested it, been in various kinds of relationships and I feel drained, empty and depressed after casual stuff. It's just autodestructive in a larger perspective.

Ofc I've checked dating apps, but people there treat each other like sh*t and disposable things, not feeling and thinking humans, I am not sure it's for me. Especially that I exclude men with kids, which is very common for people in their mid 30s;) - therefore, not many candidates left (after all, Saturn means limitations and poverty;).

I can go out and try to meet people, but from my experience, pursuing men/relationships/being in love rarely work out.

I think that this unique spark, special connection or real love happen when we don't look for it. It cannot be forced or planned.
Also, in my opinion, it is much, much easier to get some relationship than find a true, meaningful connection. I have never been preoccupied with traditional settling down, I want a real deal or nothing.
