He has an unusual chart, with a weird emphasis on tight aspects. He has retrogrades Mars and Saturn in exact (within a few seconds of arc) conjunction in Cancer. He has Venus partile square Jupiter.

Mars and Saturn are displaced from each other by about 4 degrees of declination, so don't appear in exactly the same line of sight. Nevertheless the pair would have made an impressive sight in the night sky being about 8 Moon widths apart.

For interest, Mars was oob at birth at a declination of 26 degrees north. Mercury was also out of bounds at around 23 degrees south. Mars and Mercury, being in similar zodiacal positions, are oob today.
