Sun (Leader) is also octile Neptune adding confusion mentally and within the public to where exactly all this is heading to.

Possibly Uranus is triggering the Asc rather than the MC this time because it was largely the public (AS) themselves who were clamouring for Biden to be replaced rather than the bigwigs of the Democratic party itself who seemed to have some reservations about Kamala cutting the mustard.

2) Note that the main focus natally ( inner wheel) is on the natal Nodes (destiny/fate?) at 4 Tau/Sco where it receives a square from Uranus (change).
