The question refers to specific job I was already interview in few rounds.
I had the initial scan call, than a short follow up with HR/agency, than with 1 director, than given link for the assessment which I did, and I am pending the call for the last interview, I hope.

All of this occurred within 3 days, all of the sudden. Moon VoC and asc on the last degrees, meaning that chart is not radical. Is this "no" to reading at the moment", or "no" to job?
I am Ma in Ca, 8th (not very good), in the fall. (strange, as I was very good on interview, maybe the absolute dissatisfaction with current job and fear of losing it anyways?) and Mo in AR with no dignity. job is 7th, retrograde Venus in Ar, in detriment + retrograde which I do not understand, job is super good! My sign Ma in Ar is the ruler I should be liked by the job/interviewr(s), and venus has no special dignity in CA, which is very strange, as I am in love with this job.
THe problem is as follows: Ve (job) has only the square but separation with Ma (myself), which is no good sign.

Is this "no" to getting the job, or not a good time to ask question, soon the things will change?

I am in no good position, my manager wants to sack me, and this current job sucks apart from good money, but this new one is by far the best that popped up in past couple of years.
