Apologies for a complicated question.
I work at a Global company, and many of us were hired 5-6 years ago at a low compensation (low from Market benchmark). We took it as we didn’t have other opportunities (Covid was around), and we were hoping to fix it in time by growing within the company. Now, a few years later, the country has gone under and economic turmoil and high inflation, and despite corrections to salary at a 3% level, we are far from the new market level benchmark, and gap has further widened. Failing to cope with inflation, cost of living, the standard of living is just decreasing.
Being a team leader, this above scenario stands true for myself and most people within my team. The only way to fix situation immediately is to find new jobs which most of don’t want to as we like working here, and finding another job is not easy these days. Having said this, we have seen other markets within our company work with their HR partners( in their country) fix the compensation of people at an overall level to make sure that they are in a financially stable situation and are market benchmarked.
Given we also do not have an HR partner in my country, I need to work with another HR partner (of a different market) to help on this matter. ‘M’ would the person in this case, and I asked if M would be able to help revise the compensation for people in my company (in my country). My boss ‘A’ is willing to support this and push the agenda to help improve and make this change for everyone but I do know this task wont be easy.
A little early ascendant on the chart, Mars in cancer with triplicity of Moon. So for a colleague, I use the 7th house (I’m a bit confused on this; some forums said 6th others said 1,1 and some said 7). The ruler is Venus in Retrograde..
Venus being in a Cardinal sign, maybe makes me feel that she maybe willing to pick these new initiatives to make this change happen. The moon is waxing, so there could be a potential for this, and the presence of pars of fortune could help benefit all of us
5th house has a significant play of planets, which could indicate too many players in this space; however given the focus of the company is purely profitability, and Sun ruling the 10th (company) and not much aspect between them, I don’t see much gain. Also, 11th from 7th is ruled by Jupiter with square with moon in 4 units; outcome doesn’t feel very positive.

I'd probably keep it simple and see if the chart suggests improvement for work salary around the matter. That would be 11th house, Mercury, being salary. We see Jupiter is showing up via aspect with the Moon and also approaching from Mercury's domicile (it wants to help), so I would take this as potential aid. Gemini is a dual sign and could signify multiple parties. The problem though is it is in detriment in the house of other people's income and Moon squares don't tend to lead to much without a lot of effort without reception.

Mercury as lord of the 11th is stationing to retro back into its detriment. It was applying to Jupiter but evades the aspect by stationing. The applying full Moon and the retro movement planets towards the Sun might suggest a culmination of some sort leading to a final outcome but the question is, is it positive? I'm not seeing that it looks like what you'd want it to be, given especially the condition of Mercury, which is heavily emphasized and lords the matter for the most part. The angles are fixed, which can also point to lack of change overall. I think parties are going to try their best but it might be disappointing regardless, unfortunately.

Perhaps a futher recession is on the horizon? At most, I might expect a modest improvement given Moon moves towards Jupiter, but it doesn't seem like a "fair," market value raise. Jupiter debilitated in the 8th, out of sect especially, tends to point to scattered resources and having to prove the right to income. It might also point to those in power not spending the budget wisely and this leading to lack of resources to give to you.

My conversation with M on this topic went well (it happened yesterday), however, she pretty much shunned me in the first 5 minutes of the conversation and did not want to view the request from a more significant impact on the people in the market and wanted a narrowed focus only on my team. She didn't want a full evaluation of the market as she felt that my comparisons were not right.
Anyway, she reviewed compensation for each of the members of my team (myself included) and wants to subsequently review the matter with my boss 'A' and finance head (who is not a nice man) and now has asked for a few days to review this and get back to me.
I am never hopeful when it comes to money matters and nor have been lucky (ever) so I won't expect much for myself. I was trying to help the team, some team members are very poorly paid and have received minimal correction only, despite being here for a long

I think your request does sound rather like a lofty goal (to give raises to all in the market?). Is this something she would even have power to do within her role? I doubt she is being a miser, but Jupiter in Gemini is an expansive planet stuck under more narrow parameters.

M would have the power to advocate for half of the people in the market since she covers only a team under her role. The other half would come under a different HR partner. Yes, a lofty ask indeed by me..but I wanted to try to advocate for the people. We keep losing talent because of low pay and replacing them comes at a higher price and consumes a lot of time.
She (M) seemed very helpful on the call. It is my finance person (L) who is a miser and greedy. My boss (A) said M will speak to L and get back on the next steps.
