Above question asked by a young woman with a child - Querent A. Her Dad left to live in Spain 6 yrs ago & since then she has had no contact with him. A was very close to her Dad & the situation has affected her relationships and she is wanting closure.

30th Nov 2005- 20-37 GMT -Long 0W08- Lat 50N50- Chart Placidus

Querent Leo- Sat Rx- in Detriment close to Asc- describes her feelings about finding out something- fearful but wants to know.-Sun in 5th house- in Sag- She is strong there - carrying on with her life & looking after her son. Sun applying to Sat Rx sextile. Perhaps she is about to hear something? Next Jupiter will apply to Sat Rx by square - Jupiter is in her Dads first House. Not very good news. Also Moon in Detriment has separated from MercuryRx.

Moon & Mars in Reception- Maybe news wont be too bad.

Her D significator in Libra-- Venus is in his 3rd H- applying to Mercury Rx sextile- doesnt look as though he wants to contact her.

Next- Is he ok? His 6th H is in Pisces-- Significator Jupiter which is situated in his Turned 1st H which is Opp Mars Rx - Mars is in Detriment.- not looking very good - Also Mars Rx is Square Sat Rx also in Detriment.
Also Neptune is in his Turned 4th H-- Neptune will be applied to by Mars Rx by square when Mars goes straight again.

Where is her Dad? I dont know how to figure this out-- In England or overseas? His 4th H is Aquarius- Sat Rx in Det is in his Turned 10th H- Nep in his 4th.- The Moon in Scorpio in Detriment going into his 2nd H & not in aspect to anyother planet.

Am struggling with this - can anyone help please- I dont want to tell her anything until I am sure.

You should be careful to consider this only as guesses, the only one who can give advice is you.

Saturn is in exile, retrograde, afflicted by mars, in an angle, afflicting the ASC ! With the moon void, I think nothing of good can come from her quest.
Saturn is the natural ruler of old people... conjunct the asc it can be read as ?she is strongly thinking about him? ? if this hypothesis is true, I would say her father turn out to be a person without much character, and would be better to stay away from him, or a very afflicted person, like a beggar.
Saturn is also the ruler of 8th house, conjunct the ASC and applying by trine to Sun, it can bring a lot of hurt to querent. I am not sure that the trine can ?soften? problems enough, as an dignified sun receives an strong afflicted malefic by sign (like asking a vampire to enter your house). Maybe she will have to give him a lot of finantial assistance.
Sun is disposed by Jupiter (son and voyages to foreign countries), jupiter is in the house of his grandpa, probably he is the reason for this quest.
Moon is void, venus (father) doesn?t make contacts with sun or asc; mars, co-ruler of father also don?t make major aspects to sun (but squares asc) ?the results will be less than bright.


About health:
Jupiter is turned 6th house ruler, in the the house of father, afflicting saturn, and saturn receives jupiter (triplicity and face), so is not a disease so serious (assuming saturn is co-ruler).
venus (ruler of 4th) is in triplicity only by night so is peregrine in the house of disease.
Mars (co-ruler of father) receives jupiter also (by sign), not a good indication (again the vampire). Moon (hospitalization) in detriment in the house of father

Location:
the father is venus in a cadent house, he is long away from his last location or the most obvious places. Jupiter disposites the part of father in 7 SAg (conjunct sun), and he and mars are in cardinal houses, so I am in doubt here.
England is ruled by aries, so I don?t think he is back home.

You said something about Son & Foreign countries- he has a first family- children in Aust- if he was there- that would show in his turned 9th House- wouldnt it? Cancer on cusp- Moon VOC in Detriment- Scorpio. Doesnt look as though he is there. Or does that mean that he has isolated himself completely? I notice that his turned 3rd House, 4th, 5th,Houses are all Saturn Rx & also in his 10th House. Things are not good for him.
You also mentioned the Moon & Hospital- but wouldnt his 12th turned House be Significator Mercury Rx?
