Also, obviously, house placement rules and the placement of the Moon would be something to look at. For example, highlighting your natal Moon via sign, which would connect to his Venus too.

Were you connecting your natal Moon with the chart here? Where is your natal Moon that aspects his Venus?

I would say the chart has some strengths: Moon in domicile, increasing in light (but under the Sun's beams) sextile Venus ascendant lord. Venus is in domicile but the 8th isn't a great place for Venus. Spica is pretty close to the ascendant (most keep it under 1 degree or so orb). I don't like Venus in the 8th and she's close to Algol. I give a 5 degree orb. This could point towards negative and obsessive energies. Venus and Mars do not aspect within orb although they are both in earth signs. Mercury at a critical degree and angular opp Pluto is an odd choice - any particular reason you chose that? I'd probably want a more stable placement for Mercury if you want a longterm connection with them. If it's just to quickly get their attention, that might work?

Tanit3333 , my natal moon is in 29 degree in Gemini and his Venus is in 14degree in Gemini. I guess this is counting like conjunction. So where should be the moon to connecting him ? I put Moon in Cancer in MC, becouse i wanted to notice me by my photo too...

If you are seeking romantic attention, the best influence right now is the Venus- Mars trine currently. It perfects May 22, so a time up to the perfection point might be a good time. I would have them ruling the 1st/7th axis though. For example Aries rising with Venus in the 1st trine Mars in Leo in the 5th, Libra rising with Venus in the 7th and Mars in the 11th, etc. Obviously, trying to find a good placement for the Moon would be helpful, as well as other influences, such as helpful fixed stars. Mercury in fixed Taurus would likely be better than in passive Cancer for a longterm communication also.

Venus in Taurus would be good except that Venus and Mars do not aspect in this sign. This would suggest rejection more likely.

Just my two cents though! I have no idea what your charts are or what you are really expecting from this (and if what you expect is reasonable given more information). If this is a famous celebrity, one would need realistic expectations.
