5 by kerenhappuch My advice would be to focus on the possibilities for election. Are all the best elections outside of office hours? If so then perhaps electing the posting would be your best bet However, the signing of a document would seem to be more relevant to the life of the business. Unless of course it depends upon something happening following the posting of the letter, for example if it's something legal which has to be verified before the business is fully operational.
