Was he glad to get my letter?

Hi everybody. Want to try your hand at a past event? I sent this person a letter about 5 months ago. At that time I only cared about communicating the information, and specifically stated I didn't want a response. Now something has come up that made me wonder if he was glad to get the letter,indifferent or even angry. I am Lord 1, Mars, he is Lord 7,Venus, and the letter is Mercury. Because of the recptions, it appears he was fairly pleased to get the news. Do you see it differently? Please comment. Thanks

Here's a comment by someone who isn't very confident about commenting on other people's horary charts.
I think the reception indicates that he was receptive to or appreciative of the communication form you.
I notice though that he's placed very weakly in the 12th house and is under the Sun's beams; and the Moon, ruling his 10th and 11th is applying. You or otheres who are experienced in Horary may be able to tell us what they mean.

He's in your 6th house. In the turned chart, his ASC would be your 7th. By turning the chart, I thought I might be able to see his state of mind or the condition he's in.
