Hello! I was recommended this forum to ask questions on a chart, as you "wise people" :) might be able to help interpret it even further than I, and my astrologer friend, have done.


The work-related situation, in brief, is as follows (and please feel free to ask further questions if further information is needed, as I don't wish to bore you from the start!):

I've been involved in a continuous endeavour for almost 2 years now. I'm from the States and have worked very hard to achieve legal status to work in the UK, which is almost impossible in itself!

I've got a month left on my current 'work permit'. I have worked in various contract positions till now. I've been in my current job for a bit over a month, and during the entire time, there was no question at all that I'd be given this role as a permanent position. In addition, the employer was fully aware from the start that they'd need to take over my work permit in order to make me permanent.

Now that there is one month left, just about enough time to submit paperwork to achieve the permanent position, there are problems...


The problem lies with the HR manager. She has not looked into my situation until now and has, so far, dismissed the case as being "too difficult". Her experience in the past has been working with people needing new work permits; it's been unsuccessful and, as I know very well, it's nearly impossible to start the process from scratch.

I'm not starting the process from scratch; my situation involves a simple work permit transfer from one company to another, but the HR manager continues to refuse to deal with it. She's incredibly busy as well, at the moment, therefore is giving very little time to learn what my case entails.

But my time is running out quickly.

My direct supervisor is completely in favour and support of going through the necessary procedures to give me the permanent role. But unfortunately, as I learn about the dynamics of the company, my supervisor holds little influence in this case and cannot handle any affairs without the consent of the HR manager, who is not giving it the time of day.


My friend, an astrologer, drew up the following chart:

TIME: 8:51pm (universal time 19:51)

The question at the time was: Will the HR manager open her mind and look at my situation in a different light, disregard her past experiences, and at least give me a chance?
