Television 1 by Dolly Hi everyone I have just done a horary about the delivery of a television. Which house shall I use for it. The second for moveable belongings or the third for the journey and people with whom I deal on a daily basis. I will use the seventh for the person who will bring it. 2 by Morpheus Hi Dolly-- The scenario is not clear, as how have you ordered the TV, from a seller or one of his agent and etc. Television being personal possession is 2H. -Television as a natural means of communication or entertainment or media is 3H. Agents working for you are 5H. THe Seller is 7H. Possession of Seller, yet to be transferred is 8H. Any body acting or wiling to deliver is Translation or collection between L8 and L2. Television 5 by Dolly Hello everyone The television was ordered from on line and it was promised the day after ordering but did not arrive as planned and after much jumping up and down they said they would deliver it before the time they wanted too which was Monday. The chart was done on the 21 July 207 15:36 at 52N 1W (Buckingham) Mars is the ruler of the Scorpio ascendant which is in the 7th house. I am in their power. I took the third house which is ruled by Saturn (short journeys) although as it turned out it had been on quite a long journey. Saturn sqrd Mars by 5 degres 45minutes. It actually arrived at 10 pm that night. The driver did ring previously at 9.15 pm to say he was about 30 miles away. From the time of the chart being cast and arrival it ended up to be about 6 and half hours. I cannot find a time in an aspect that predicts this. Can you see where I am going wrong. Jupiter which is the end of the matter(4th house)is in house 1 and it rules both 1 and 2 so I was quite certain it would arrive. My goods coming to me. Really appreciate any help. 6 by Gunhilde Hi Dolly, What was your question? (When will TV arrive? *Will* TV arrive?). It makes quite a difference, sometimes. I don't think there's any real need to try to decide '3rd house or 9th house of journeys' when it involves a television. What you want to know is when the TV will meet *you*, so probably 2nd house (for something you now 'own', having already purchased it), and the 1st house for you. As it is, timing in horary is not always an exact science; sometimes the answer is obvious, sometimes, less so. Jupiter, ruler of the 2nd, is about a degree away from the cusp of the 1st, and has retrograded back toward you. This might be the indication of the timing, eg. how far Jupiter is from the cusp. 7 by cyber_brujo John Frawley has a similar example on pages 55 and 56 of Real Astrology Applied. The subject was for a refrigerator arriving. He used the moon as a natural signification of refrigerators. It also ruled the 6th house of the delivery person and was on the descendant. I would give a shot with Mars as the delivery person and Mercury as the natural ruler of televisions. Mercury is 8 degrees, 23 seconds from a sextile with the ascendant from the 8th house. The stores property (Mercury 8th) becomes yours when the sextile becomes exact. To figure out the time scale, figure out the aspects for the hours when the purchase was made to the question or some other related past event in the chart. Quote Thu Jul 26, 2007 1:05 am
