I thought some might find this chart instructive.

It seems as if emplacement predominates and essential dignity becomes secondary!! There was another horary of mine where I had ignored emplacement and Deb had pointed that out- the outcome in that horary was positive as well.

Q: Has My article been accepted for publication?

Moon the 9th lord is in Ascendant-in fall, squaring two planets Sun and Saturn in 10th.The only positive was Jupiter trine MC, but, this jupiter is being opposed by Mars and squared by Mercury. I have to change my holiday plans spend extra money from my own pocket to go the conference .There was a delay in notification of acceptance by a week


The Paper got accepted as a Poster presentation and would be published later in the journal (I would have preferred -Free paper oral presentation)

I reckon the undignified state of the Moon/challenging aspects are a reflection of the inconvenience you've had to put up with, so the emplacement shows the 'yes', but everything else shows 'but with a lot of work and faff involved'. I've had similar answers, like, 'Yes, you'll go, but man, you'll have to work for it' sort of readings.

This sort of chart is a good thing to learn from. It's easy to get complacent about 'bad/good' aspects and overlook other important things!

What is interesting is the fact that Moon has little essential dignity and a lot of accidental strength(emplacement).This is not just simple emplacement but a an emplacement with fall !!
However, it gives some credence to the logic of not considering combustion as a bad thing when the one of the signifactor is sun and the state is of conjunction.
