To me this looks as though the man is perfectly fine? possibly forced to land his plane, but fine? only thing that looks remotely bad is the neptune opposition that Venus will make? in another3 degrees, but even so?

Now I used 1st house because even if I use 10 for Friend for Querant her uncle woudl be 3 from ten which is 1 anyway, so however you slice it he seems to be represented by that Taurean Ascendent. And she looks fairly decent?

Moon is about to Eclipse sun so really moon is in good shape as well, Sun rules 5th house of pleasure, (since flying is for this person pleasure, I think that is appropriate) but moon will occlude Sun, so problem there? something about communication and 4th house to take the fun out of things for him?

If anyone has any thoughts I'd love to hear them. Granny

New Moons are bad news in horaries. I haven't looked at the chart [yet] but I wouldn't view a combust Moon as anything but malefic in nature, and especially since it is a question involving disappearance and the possibility, at least, of death. But I'll look at the chart further.

and does not represent the lost but represents possibly the plane and 4th house? thought the longer it takes the more likely he is deceased.

Also posibly Venus so well aspected is an easy death?
