Should I hire him? Which house to use? 1 by RC We are hiring a painting contractor and have several to choose from. I got a good feeling about one I met with today and after meeting with him, asked the question, should we hire/pick him? I'm unsure if I should use the 6th or 7th house for him in my horary. Hiring a Contractor 2 by spirlhelix Hi, RC Hiring a contractor would be a seventh-house matter. The contract is a legal agreement. When you ask a question about his work like, "When will my contractor finish the work?", I think you would be justified in using the sixth house of servants/workers. Assuming that at that time, the contract which establishes his agreement to work for you will already be in place. My two cents!
