An agreement between a German and a Polish town is going to be signed:

14th September, 15:00 GMT
7:30 East // 51:55 North

The exact moment of the signatures might be a bit later, but this wouldn't really make a difference.
The chart does not look good at all. (By the way, not many people are in favour of this partnership - especially with the strict ant-European policy of the present goverment in Warsaw.)
What I'd like to know: Can or even should an agreement like this one (contract, treaty..) be analysed on the basis of horary astrology? If so, what may the prospects be?
