moon makes a square to mars

venus/mars dont aspect
sun/venus are in MR
sun/moon are approaching a parrallel
sun is almuten of 1st house
venus is almuten of 7th
merc coruler of his 7th trines almost to perfection with mars but gets intereferd by a moon.


does this mean a yes after some kind of conflict or delay?
