I asked the question and am initiating the sale; therefore my significators are Jupiter, in his rulershsip, 13 degrees Sagittarius posited in the first house; and the Moon, 5 degrees Aquarius, posited in the second house. The buyer is signified by the descendant, 9 Gemini, conjunct the fixed star Aldebaran, which associated with the archangel Michael, the "Military Commander of the Heavenly Host." It will be interesting to see if any potential buyers have military traits or have been involved in military careers. Mercury, 24 degrees Libra, conjunct the fixed star Spica, is posited in the tenth house and rules the cusp of the tenth. "It gives success, renown, riches, a sweet disposition, love of art and science, unscrupulousness, unfruitfulness and injustice to innocence." (The Fixed Stars and Constellations in Astrology, Vivian E. Robson, 1923). "Unscrupulousness". . . with regard to the price of the house. Let the buyer beware, I suppose! The house is represented by the fourth house cusp, 26 Pisces; and Jupiter, 13 Sagittarius. The price of the house is represented by Mecury, 24 Libra, conjunct Spica. I am rather suprised that the house's condition is described by Jupiter. Either it's going to undergo a phenomenal transformation, or the news I have just heard about property values in my neighborhood on the rise is reflected in the chart. The value (price of the house, L10) conjunct Spica, the most benefic fixed star in the heavens, looks promising. I think most of the money from the sale of the house will go to pay off the mortgage, so that may be why the second house cusp is ruled by Saturn despite the apparent high price of the sale. Moon, the action of the chart, is also ruled by Saturn. I would not opt for a prediction shorter than months, because I know the current condition of my house (!) and I honestly don't expect to have the house on the market by the end of November. Who buys a house in November, anyway? Lilly says the Moon applying to the Lord of the Fourth in this question is a positive answer (Moon applies to a sextile of Jupiter in eight degrees). Lilly also says the Moon applying to the Lord of the Ascendant reveals a positive answer to this question (Moon applies to a sextile of Jupiter, again, in eight degrees). Besides the moon's nice aspects, sextile Asc., then Jupiter your ruler and the 4th ruler, and Part of Fortune in the fourth, the moon also parallels your ruler, which means its as good as done (if you want it). It looks like you should get the price you want. The 10th house (value of property) has Sun there about to change signs. That looks like the market value will change (decline by the next season) but I'm not sure that it will affect your asking price if you've already put it on the market since moon is fixed and Sun is a benefic. Also, ruler of 10th (market value of property), Mercury is conjunct Arcturus (very good) Spica (very good) And Parallel Spica (also excellent). Mercury is trine Mars (in Mercury's sign), (income property can produce). You and home 4th, are in Sag. in 1st house near Asc. and Trining the Part of Fortune in the 4th ! So many good indicators here I'm not sure why you even posted the question! It looks to be valuable property capable of bringing a good price. I did this in a rush but just wanted to ask a few things to see if they are right: - Is property next to or near the bottom of a slope in lower lying land? And does it tend to hold water sometimes? - Also is there a pool or perhaps a water fountain? (or maybe even a water well?) - Oh and one last thing, there looks to be perhaps a surprise offer like someone in your neighborhood may make an offer or some other surprise or unusual proposal regarding the home. The owner has her Sun at the degree of the Asc. and she longed to be freed up to travel. As Pisces on 4th Cusp and L Jupiter in 1st, describes the condition of the home it does look very good indeed - unless there is an unknown factor here? Is the address perhaps connected to water in some way? As R.C suggetsts the elevated 29 degree Sun could indicate a fall in price with the Sign change - so a speedy sale could see you through this favorable period. The 2nd House Aquarian Moon may be a concern here - L Saturn in 9th - and dispositor of Mercury - the buyer - could this indicate a delay? I want to edit and add here that I realised late evening that the Moon, L of the 8th house - the buyers money, is very well placed in the 2nd House of the Querent - her money house - this is a very good placement for the L of the buyers money to be in the Querent's 2nd House of money. Quite a statement! But still I'm a little confused about the time frame of 'Spring' in the question as it would not be till next year with currently Summer drawing to a close in the N H? Since the house is nearly at the top of a long, sloping hill, at first it made no sense to me. I'm about a mile north of the Ohio River, but up on a hill where it does not affect us, and we cannot see it. Later I recalled that our "back yard" neighbor has a large pond in his yard. It does not cause any trouble for us; not that I know of. How interesting! I hope you are right. There are to be changes in the traffic patterns around the neighborhood which are thought to bring the property more value. Perhaps someone who is aware of this locally will become interested in the property. And I think its mainly white in color? Partly white, mostly a light gray stucco with slate-blue shutters. Funny I got the slope backwards! I saw Pisces and thought water, and logic led me to think it couldn't be on a slope so maybe was at bottom of slope. (Right brain left brain struggle ) But I should have looked at the degree of Pisces. My software doesn?t give me the cusps dignities so I tend to overlook them. I once had a Pisces house. It was near, water and though it was a new house, I had built it on an old foundation and the below ground basement always held water if it rained though the grounds didn?t flood. I could never get the sump pump to work properly when I was out of town, because it would stop working and I?d always come home to find the basement ankle deep in water. (It was only a small area and not used for anything.) But the new owners weren?t too thrilled with that after they purchased it. I almost said maybe blue trim (but that doesn?t count ) because Jupiter rules blue, purple and yellow as well, but Neptune rules ash-gray shades. Jupiter was in Venus term and face so I went with white. But Moon also shows silvery gray. And Pisces in general would indicate blues and grays. We all saw it as positive so I wouldn't worry. Will I Sell My House This Spring? 10 by Julie K R.C. I did some work with numerology a few years ago. The number 7 is about water - Pisces on the I/C of the Horary chart conveyed 'water' to me. The house maybe be close to water, beach front, river or be situated in a street with a watery name. ie. Neptune Court, Fairwater Drive. Usually - well here, properties with a water view or close to water command a very high price as there are less of them and most would like one of them. The Number 7 is about water, alcohol, things of Piscean nature you cant quite define. Part of my address has a 7 in it - my home is very peaceful and quiet, and alcohol isnt part of my life.
