Hi everyone - still learning

I asked a question "When will my book arrive" on 11 Oct 2007 at 17:21
co-ordinates are 52N 1W Ascendant is 16.06.38 Pisces.

I tried to follow a method which I thought worked.
The angles are mutable - the Moon is in the burned path in Scorpio so not great and is not applying to her dispositor Venus. Venus is in its fall so Moon really not working at all. The Part of Fortune is strong in the ascendant so I will receive the book. I am represented by Jupiter which is in the 9th house (the book) Lord of the 9th in the 9th so book again will be delivered to me because it has strong dignity.

This a 1-9 question (delivery of the book)

Next Option

If I take this as a 2-8 question (the seller transferring his property to me) Venus rules the 2nd house and Mars rules the 8th house - Mars sextiles Venus in 2 degrees 31 minutes - Mercury trines Mars (Mercury represents the end of the matter 4th house as well as the senders planet 7 th house) Mars represents their property - 8th house aspect is applying in 3 degrees 43 minutes However where I have come unstuck is the fact that the book actually arrived at 10 past 11 on the 12th October. One more aspect was Sun semi-sqr Venus at 0.16 minutes (the actual time from questions asked to book arriving was 17 hours and 49 minutes).

Please give me some insight as to where I have gone wrong! Have I made it too complicated!

I dont see a time you actually gave for the expected delivery of the book to reach you? Or did you? Or Where have I gone wrong?

I don't understand the question. I am trying to say that the 2-8 applying aspect and the 1-9 applying aspect time does not equate with the actual time that the book arrived. Therefore I have gone about trying to find when the book would be arriving in the wrong way. The reason for the question was that we were having a postal strike here in Gt Britain and having ordered the book about 7 days previous to the asking of the question I wanted to know when I would actually be getting the book.

I hope I have made myself clearer now.

We dont get any news down here from Britain as to your postal strike. I had just heard about it earlier tonight from a neighbor.It must bevery inconvenient indeed - good reason to buy e-books but not an idea I fancy myself.

I know what you are saying now Dolly - do you have the date when you placed the order for the book? This could help.
