Job appointment. Free will or destiny?

1
A man asked the following question:
What will be the result of the job appointment?

Before reviewing the chart, I could never imagine that at the end I would be asking me the following questions:

1. Is the sky refusing to give a clear outcome because it has not yet been defined?
2. Is it telling us that the result will depend completely on how the querent decides to confront the circumstances?
3. Does this person have the option to decide, in this occasion, without the planets intervention?
4. Is this a case of free will?

The only stricture that I found is that the hour ruler (Moon) and the ascendant do not agree; however, there are two issues that make me thing that the chart is valid.
The first one is the trine between ascendant and hour ruler, the second one is the almost exact conjunction of the antiscion of Saturn, ruler of the quesited, and the ascendant, just ten minutes apart.

Once determined the validity, I realized that what it looked to be a clear informative chart, it turned up to be one that gives two different messages, one positive and the other negative.

On the positive side we can find:

1. The mutual applying sextile between the two main significators, Mars and Saturn.
2. Moon in an applying conjunction to Saturn.
3. Sun, as co ruler of the ascendant, in applying sextile to the cusp of the quesited house.
4. Venus, ruler of the querent?s money, is not only in conjunction with Spica and Arcturus, but is also located in the house of business contracts or partnerships.
5. Mars is not only exalted in the quesited?s house and in the part of fortune, but he is in his own triplicity, received by the Moon by sign and by Jupiter by exaltation.
6. The part of fortune is located in the tenth house in conjunction with the MC.

On the negative side:

1. The Moon is peregrine in conjunction with the south node and practically in the cadent sixth house. I remember that Lilly told us that it is important to verify the strength and debility of the Moon, because it is far better to have an unfortunate ascendant ruler than an unfortunate Moon.
2. Lilly also told us that when the infortunes are significators, fear the worst; in this chart this is the case.
3. Algol is on the cusp of the second; does the querent is going to lose his head about money issues?
4. The part of fortune is very weak by sign
5. Saturn is in square with the Sun without reception.
6. Saturn in the sixth; too much work and poor pay?

Having this contradictory information it was difficult to tell the querent the result of the job appointment, and have to apologize because I could not give him a straight answer.
