One day you realise you've been sold down the River 1 by Yikkes! Hi Folks, EDIT: I've come back to this one because really it seems to be the root of many many problems I'm having OK the origianl thread related to my elder brother has suprise suprise dissappeared. I'll post his details again. END EDIT .... all my life. So I've enjoyed the joys of Saturn making a second transit of my Leo retro slow Mars cusped 12th. Found out lots of things. Not least my Elder brother who has been the bain of my life had a retro Saturn on my Neptune in 3rd. We discussed it before. Unfortunately, I've just worked out that my Dear Brother Steve who's always been a good friend (as long as I agreed with him and if I didn't ridiculed me down) has his Pluto right on top of my Ascendant/ Uranus. Now where as with my Elder brother who's Saturn has turned direct and moved away or is moving away by progression Steve's Pluto is sitting on top of me still and will be for a long time. Life circumstances reflect this. So how do I go about shifting this unwanted Energy off me? H. Life circumstances reflect this. So how do I go about shifting this unwanted Energy off me? H. My Brother is Sitting on My Head 2 by Julie K Yikkes, Sounds like you need a visit to a 'de-sluger' - to shift the energies. Just being conscious of these energies could be enough. Try meditating! Julie K Quote Sat Jan 19, 2008 12:11 am
3 by Yikkes! Hi JulieK, What's a De-Sluger ? Classic. I'm trying to finish a project and hope to before end of Feb. Just noticed that the Solar Eclipse will fall on my Saturn. Went to bed a VERY DEPRESSED Boy as that is just what I don't need just now. Checked it the next day and it will just miss. Fweeeeeeeee. Next day who calls to say he's come to stay right over the Eclipse? You guessed it and he's really going to be wanting to be on my back. Luckily (I wish nobody no harm) he's broken his leg so needs me to drive him around. As I said just missed .... But I feel his Pluto sitting on me ALL THE TIME. Squashing my brains. Flattening them. My Brother is Sitting on My Head 4 by Julie K Yikkes, A de-sludger is a person who can clean up all the energy others have dumped on you. You could do this yourself by not allowing your brothers negative energies to impact on you - try taking a more positive attitude. You allow 'depression' to surround you and deplete your energies - keep active and use positive thinking to pull yourself out of depressive energies. It can be done. 5 by Yikkes! Thanks JulieK. Of course I don't like the word "depression" but if we see it as "to push down" then it's accurate here. Interestingly I was "SCIENCED" as a Lad. Advised that Science was the future. Damaged my Pisces' brain I'd say. Now his Pluto exactly opposes my Mercury. ie I try and fail to combat this "force" with logic. He doesn't do Emotional unless of course I'm winning and then it's thru' anger. But as you'll know JulieK every cloud has a silver linning because it's sort of forcing me to give up The Science and take up The Trust of the Universe. Thanks for you input. I got that book on Elements. Excellent. Just need "The definitive book of Eclipses for ex-Scientists". Any pointers ? H. Yikkes! Quote Tue Jan 22, 2008 8:26 am
My Brother is Sitting on My Head 6 by Julie K Yikkes, The book on Eclipses you mention - can you give the authors name. Look at your Mercury in Pisces as being ruled by the Ancient Ruler, Jupiter - can make for a very expansive mind indeed. My eldest son has Mercury in Pisces and it's never stopped him from achieving academically - he is a speed reader. A local Astrologer has her Mercury in Pisces - her mind is brilliant. And shoosh......you dont need to keep up the victim stance.Stop punishingn the self. Julie K Quote Wed Jan 23, 2008 10:29 pm
7 by Yikkes! So. I'm back on this one because really I'm now beginning to get terrified that anything I try to do will be scuppered by my elder brother. Our charts are nearly identical in terms of the house positions in the zodiac, though I have intercepted Gemini and Sagittarious in the 10th/ 4th. He's a Gemini which in my opinion of interceptions it means I can't reach him. He's out of reach. And for sure it feels impossible to land a blow on him. Geminis and Pisces aren't good mixers yet I've had to learn to dance to Gemini's tune as he's my older brother. Further I have Mercur in detriment ruling my Piscess so I find it incredibly hard to express my true feelings without feeling incredibly vulnerable. Further, he has Saturn in Scorpio which I now understand is pretty resentfull sitting right on my Neptune. So Neptune my ruler is dominated by his Saturn again because I'm the younger. If I'd been the older then most probably he's be having the hard time. However, I think it's the Gemini interception that is a big part of the problem. Because literally and several times just when I'm getting somewhere in my life I discover he's underminded it. Now I'm 45 and I'm nearly in a state of paralysis. Every major event I've had in terms of Home as been ruined by him. When I was younger my Dad had been ill for several years, in fact 10 years, and this had many impacted on me and my Mum and certainly not my elder brother who had left home and married. In the end we couldn't cope and the solution was to sell the house and build onto my sisters. I was against the selling. Anyway as of course I'd had way of thinking rammed into me by my brother especially that one shouldn't be selfish, think of others and not be spoilt I took a deep breathe and followed those guidelines. I have to say that thinking about it those are the characteristics that can best be used to describe him. Also that I should get upset whenever things go against me. Well that is definately his characteristic. So the house was sold and I was coerced into signing a piece of paper saying I have no claim on the property where my Mum now lives. Literally I was made homeless. My brother was very keen to get the deal done quickly so it didn't intefer with a project he was starting. It's a real theme.... Yikkes! Quote Wed Jun 03, 2009 12:21 pm
